Among other things, the pelvic bones are different, wider, and designed to tear apart in order to give birth. Im guessing the tranny will have a c section birth. If not After the first one, no tranny will have another lol. In case anyone doesnt realize, yes its an abomination and I cant imagine a fetus surviving this or even developing full term correctly. There is so much more to being pregnant than a transplanted womb or artificially introduced hormones can account for.
