Why is no one asking why this child had E. coli in the first place? It's very preventable and usually caused by ingesting food that has somehow been contaminated with feces. Most common way for that to happen is people not washing their hands after using the toilet, and then cooking. That alone is grounds for the authorities to potentially look into this. I hope they do.

and it can tear a person up.    Its nasty wicked.     It can shut down a kidney faster than most can shut a front door.

My mama got it too.     If you have pets and don't keep your hands clean,   you can pick it up from their feces.    dogs roll in it.

I have animals.    but I wash my hands good after petting them.  ever since the docs told my mother this .   also as you said raw hamburger too.
