This doctor is trained to evaluate the mental health of those who are in those kinds of conditions and he has been evaluating past presidents and their mental health, as well. If you are going to question this doctor's qualifications to evaluate Trump, then as Sojourner pointed out, you need to challenge his evaluations of past presidents, as well. It would be just as illegal and unethical for a doctor to diagnose a patient with cancer that they have not examined. And since Trump doesn't exhibit any real mental illness, one needs to question these "experts." Forensic psychologists like Dr. Lee err on the side of caution as they try to stop patients from instigating a nuclear disaster, not analyzing the result after it's too late. This is a political thing. It has nothing to do with any genuine interest about the welfare of the country. And furthermore the president of South Korea credits Trump for the peace talks that are now happening between SK and NK. The Left was screeching to the heavens that Trump's rhetoric was going to get us in a war and the opposite is actually what is happening. The Left is always wrong and should not be taken seriously. The point that Sojourner was making was that the Dr. has the qualifications to make mental evaluations. The point is not that he was only qualified to evaluate submariners, but that he has he medical credentials to do the job. And he has evaluated past presidents, so he is sufficient for the job and has been doing this job for decades and for various administrations. This is getting ridiculous.
