Kitty,

as believers we have been justified (our sin debt has been paid in full by Christ's sacrifice on the Cross).

this is a one-time, done deal. When we accepted Jesus as Savior, we were sealed by the Holy Spirit.

We are being sanctified ... this is the on-going process where-in our faith becomes stronger as we grow in the knowledge and wisdom of God's grace.

ideally, this would be an ever upward progression toward holiness... but in reality, we all make mistakes, falter and even backslide. the thing to do is to realize we have erred, repent and ask for forgiveness <-- this is not the forgiveness associated with our salvation ... we are already saved ... this is the same sort of forgiveness we ask for when we have offended an earthly father, who might be disappointed, even angry... but never can stop being our dad.

And, in the end, we will be glorified .. when we finally leave our earth suits and arrive in the presence of the HOLY GOD.

Imagine, one day being face to face with Jesus! and being brought into our full perfection of glory... never to sin again... ever... not even ever be tempted again !

Hold on to these truths kitty, and stop beating yourself up over past events... the main thing is... yes, you made mistakes... we all do... but did you learn something from it? Is the lesson you learned something that you can now use to minister to someone else who might be going through the same thing?

Romans 3:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Lord.

hello,

I need some help. I have been having a hard time getting back to God, i new he heard me but maybe was upset with me and im not sure why. Yesterday, I was thinking about would I have rejected Jesus back then, more specifically I thought when the Pharisees had seen him perform a miracle, would I have attribuated it to the devil. My answer to my question was yes. I instantly felt bad and rethought the situation to I dont know. I didnt realize at the time that he had cast a demon out of someone but I was thinking of a miracle like healing the blind. I fear that since I thought this that I am just as quilty as the ones who said it to him. I am having a hard time getting back to God to begin with, I fear that when I pray I know he hears me but maybe he is upset with me and is not forgiving me. I do believe Jesus is the Son of God and if i saw a miracle now I would know where it came from but I fear that my thought has made me do the unpardonable sin. I cant feel God and I just have this fear feeling as well as sadness. I feel I am seperated from him. I dont know how to find out for sure. I pray and pray but i still feel the same way.

Hi sister,

you surely know that Paul, the apostle, persecuted the church...didn't he? He defined himself "chief of sinners"....but God forgave him and called him to be an apostle (someone sent with His authority) and our brother Paul is now a great source of courage and inspiration to all of us with his letters..correct?..and what about good old Peter,he walked with Jesus for good 3 years and being an impulsive type was ready to die for Jesus but then denied Him 3 times....but he repented and Jesus forgave him...and we also read his great letters to us believers full of godly advice and instructions ....so?

Well,God loves us,puny human beings, insignificants grasshoppers,He loves sinners to the extent of giving His own Son to die on our behalf the infamous death on the cross..Jesus came to SAVE SINNERS....so He came to save me..and YOU...so,dear sister, don't get discouraged, don't despair...despair about yourself, see yourself lost without Jesus, without hope in the world, lost and bound to hell and then....just CALL ON JESUS..tell Him that yes,you are a sinner, that you are dead without Him and that you want HIM to be your Saviour, your Lord, and then BELIEVE that HE IS GOD WHO LOVES YOU immensely and REST in HIS ARMS,TRUST in HIM and HIS WORD.....His peace He gives to you.....

I want to share with you what I discovered after many years in the faith ( I am a believer 33 years now,and I am 56 years of age)...GOD LOVES YOU the same as HE LOVES HIS SON JESUS....no more,no less....so being in Jesus is being in the safest place in the universe, think about it!

Sometimes we are too sensitive...we think that we are not so bad altogether....we think that there is something good in our human nature..and so we think of God like a human father that loves us when we are good and is really mad at us when we are bad or naughty.

Nothing could be more far from truth.

We are bad,not sometimes, but ALWAYS...according to divine standards....we are anything but holy and pure...we sin so much in our thoughts..like for instance when we think that we are better than others....in ourselves there is NO HOPE to ever make it to heaven....we are hell bound...BUT...when we see the naked truth, when with Paul we can affirm:

Romans 18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

then we are in the good position to throw ourselves in the arms of God,our Father and then we are FREE from guilt and condamnation....

read here:

Romans 24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Do you see sister?

Paul thanks God through Jesus Christ...HE IS THE ANSWER to all your anxiety and fear of rejection

I encourage to read for yourself chapters 7 and 8 of Romans,I am sure that The Holy Spirit will reveal the TRUTH to you and you will rejoice in JESUS your SAVIOUR,LORD and BEST FRIEND EVER

SHALOM

24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
