 Acts 17:28 (NKJV)
"for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, 'For we are also His offspring.'

This scripture could not be true unless it was really actually true that;

“in Him we live and move and have our being”

This would mean that our very existence is “in God”. Which would make the scripture that says “He is closer than a brother” have substance and a degree of reality that is just awesome and mind boggling.  That this God who created us was a ever present reality in our life’s, whether we were aware of His presence and workings or not.

Scripture also says;

Acts 17:27 (NKJV)
"so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;

“That we should seek the Lord in the hope that we would find Him.”

It is God’s hope that we find Him. This is the purpose of our life’s in this world. Not for anything, of, or, in, or with, this world but only and solely as a steppingstone to that real treasure of life,  which is eternal life in Heaven, that was lost in Adam.

For this life is but a vapor that is soon passing away. Let us keep our eyes on the prize, for there is something of great  importance and of great and eternal value to be gained or lost.

For this world is not a means in itself. It is for the purpose of something greater. This soil (the time in this world) is to grow a plant for one of two eternities. One of order the other of disorder.

Scripture says;

 1 Corinthians 14:33 (DBY)
For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the assemblies of the saints.

“God is not a God of disorder” (disorder being, that something is not as it aught to be). Which would mean that He is a God of order (everything being as it aught to be).  But we see both order and disorder in this world. Why is it we see both?

Scripture says; that God added light, to the darkness, formless, void and deep, to create the world you and I inhabit. It was created out of that which had order (light) and disorder, (darkness, formless, void, and deep), to create the world that you and I inhabit. Henceforth good and evil became manifested. For evil is just disorder brought to light with/by the law.

But this is not why we were originally created, to live amongst order and disorder, (good and evil). Adam with his fall became subject to this world with its order and disorder, and we as his offspring were subject to the same. Since Adam was given dominion over this world, he and we as his offspring could bring forth that which we would choose. Order or disorder, good or evil... The law came in later that disorder (sin) might be manifested and brought to light that all man might see it for what it was, evil/sin.

But we were not originally created to live in this mixed world. It was the fall that made us subject to it. Adam’s original place was to have dominion over all this created world,  sudject to nothing but that which he brought forth in it. Not to be subjected by it, as we find ourselves today living in the “body of this death.”

It is this God, that continually stands at the door of every human heart and continually knocks. Oh let us open the door wide that the the King of Glory would have full access to all of our heart(s). For that which we build here will be our eternal abode. Let us be careful how we build and build as wise builders, build wisely. For we are called upon to build.

For God is not a God of disorder or of any false thing. For God lives in reality and in reality there is no disorder or any false thing, for all things are real.

Where did this darkness,  that God added light to, come from? Scripture tells us, there was only one place that evil/sin raised its head. So it must have come from there. For it could only have come from the thing that had it in it. Unless God created it. But we know God didn’t create the evil or darkness to create this world out of.  For if he did, He would not be good. For no good Being would create this darkness, formless, void and deep. (which would be later with the help of the law be manifested as evil/sin) So we know He didn’t create it. For God is good in eternity passed as in eternity future, always has been always will be, for He is nothing less than a “will to all goodness”. For we see that there is evil in this world. So that only leaves two choices. Either God did create the evil to be manifested in this world, or He used that which had evil in it. Which is what He did, for He is good, always.

Which than after disorder, was made manifest, He added the law, for the purpose that disorder might be seen as to what it is in itself, evil/sin, both being the same thing.

For there is only one goodness, and God alone is good.

“For God alone is good,” ~~~ always.

For God has given Christ to mankind, he can have as much or little as he would have. For in Heaven the only thing that will matter is how much Christ has been formed in us. So in the light of God’s offer of growth and salvation, let us press into Him with all our hearts.

Blessings,

Much love in Christ, Not me

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
