I liken it to what it would be like for a Jew hiding in Berlin in 1943: his or her chances for survival just about zero. But when the days of great tribulation come, it is going to be like that over the entire world or much of the world. There will be very few places to hide. Posttribbers who imagine they will live through those days are ignoring the scripture that tells them they will be overcome.

The foolish virgins asked the wise to share their oil. What does it mean to share the oil ? Oil speaks about Holy Spirit guidance and it cannot be given to others.

So what does it mean to ask  the oil ? this means that the foolish virgins think their existence at the church and their connections with Christians can bring them the Salvation of heaven. But they will be dissapointed at the Day of the Lord.
