Why? What is the point of trying to make such an assessment? What good might any answer serve? How would anyone even make such an assessment? How about expanding on the reason for the question?

Nonetheless I suggest generations have interest and some degree of pride and certainly love for the generations of family both living and dead. To measure is rather a unfair thing to do for the opportunity to display love is unequal for numerous reasons. And, so is the ability to receive , in a manner that is overt, love itself.

I only knew my maternal grandmother who died 15 years ago. I was the last person she asked to see before she died. I would say our relationship fit into category 3. Both my grandfathers became alcoholics, I never met neither one of them. Sadly, my kids have not met their grandfathers either even though both are still alive.

How about expanding on the reason for the question? why do you have to read more into people's post than intended? i am just curious in terms of what type of relationship people have with their grandparents, i was a psych major, i am interested in human relationships of course you can make this type of assessment if you know your grandparents well enough. you know, if you don't want to answer this question that is fine. just don't answer it.

He was a tough guy and kindly. My mother's side grandparents were good. I recall an argument that basically said, if you try to send him back to the orphanage, then we will take him! They were talking about me and I was four by then. You never forget things like that.

Hi, Can you expand on the purpose of trying to make such an assessment? I don't understand to point nor the purpose of trying to weigh who loves who more, especially nor how one would do it. What does one do with an answer regardless of how it is derived or what conclusion might be reached? Sorry that questions disturb you so much. Maybe psych majors only ask questions not respond to them with answers?
