Checking the archival listings failed showing up having been submitted, so I thought this was worth a re-run for those of you interested in NASA's space programming capabilities. This video taken in time lapse also shows the world's lights flashing across our planet. And yes, obviously the Earth is round! There's some very stunning footage here. I hope you all will enjoy the view. God bless. Edited April 20, 2020 by BeauJangles 1 2

Beau, when I look out my window to the west I see a bright star in the sky. I am thinking it is a planet. Do you know which one?

"Starlight star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight." So the childhood poem goes. Do you remember it? Yes, it can be depending on the orbital lunar positioning. And also Venus can appear in a slightly different placement during our Earth's rotation and axis at that time as well. Venus always seems to be viewable in the western portion of the night sky.
