If you look back on some of the available clips.....I am amazed at some of the stuff George came up with ....He was  very witty “ In his own write”...... lol......I know you will get that one

Oh, indeed George was a very clever guy. I loved his humor. John could be very sharp and cutting at times. But you have to consider how far he went with his controversial lifestyle and philosophies as well. He had to have a 'come back' for any unexpected critisicm.

btw....I am stumped on your trivia questions.....any forthcoming answers?  I will try to find my Beatles trivial pursuit and throw some stuff your way....

Hmm... which one?

Btw.....I just noticed how I misspelled “ idol” .....duh.......I hope to high Heaven that I did not misspell the word “ misspell”..... haha...

I did catch that, but got what you meant. I could also be wrong about Paul's bass guitar as well. I look back on the style now. It appears to be a Rickenbacker and not a Fender! (uh-oh) Too late for a re-edit now. It's there and there to stay corrected. Oops!

One of our posted assorted newsworthy bulletins called, The Daily Chronicle had this rather interesting item. Out there somewhere in space, an actual diamond formed by a compressed star was found. This gem in the stellar regions was named, Lucy. Yes, after The Beatles psychedelic tune, Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. It's 25,000 miles in diameter. Now that's impressive. It is apparent once again, The Beatles are making history again today!

  1. Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds

    Lennon/McCartney

Picture yourself in a boat on a river
With tangerine trees and marmalade skies
Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly
    A girl with kaleidoscope eyes

Cellophane flowers of yellow and green
    Towering over your head
Look for the girl with the sun in her eyes
    And she's gone

Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
    Ah

Follow her down to a bridge by a fountain
Where rocking horse people eat marshmallow pies
Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers
    That grow so incredibly high

Newspaper taxis appear on the shore
    Waiting to take you away
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds
    And you're gone

Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
    Ah

Picture yourself on a train in a station
With plasticine porters with looking glass ties
Suddenly someone is there at the turnstile
The girl with the kaleidoscope eyes

Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
    Ah
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
    Ah
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Lucy in the sky with diamonds
