So the black lives matter protesters have been destroying statues of men  who played  roles in racist past e.g. one in London .

While I don't approve of it. Its blatant vandalism and it gives the movement a bad name  what do you think  of the statues staying up  in the first place  in this time  when they represent people  whos actions would seriously offend  other people.

E.g.

Christopher Columbus has statues  up  in America   that got destroyed even though he never actually landed there. What he did do was accidentally land in the Caribbean,  enslave the locals slaughter them, even sold women and children into  sex slavery. ( Seriously  look it up.) He was so bad that he was imprisoned for it back in Spain .

His statue being up would serve no purpose other than offend people of  amerindian descent.

2. King Leopold of Belgium  had his statutes  defaced probably  due to the fact that he authorised   a colonisation  of the Congo that led tomillions of Africans being enslaved and murdered.

Imagine how a statue would offend Africans living there.

When you think about it.

Having statues of these guys up pretty much equates u having one up of Hitler to the different groups they damaged

Damaging any property is defacing property. It is against the law.

I believe statutes should be taken down if it's proven they were criminals.  But by the government not mobs of hypocrites. These people are hypocrites and are murderers. They will kill innocent people and dont care about justice.  It's about power. And they are socialist. Let's not be deceived.

It would be nice if the people doing these things cared about their people everyday instead of only when someone is killed. Black people do not have unity most of the time, but when they do is very superficial. If black people, supported black people more often they wouldnt be seen as a ethic minority by white people.
