This is how I explain to the unsaved how those who have not heard the gospel, nor the law, are judged by God. They did not have/hear the law. Do some people just know Gods will without any instruction at all? Is this what this scripture is saying? It makes no sense to me. So people can see there is a God that they can know apart from the bible. God puts a conscience in each person too so they know right from wrong.. So even without the word of God there is still accountability to God .. I didn't cover very much and this is a fuller subject. Does this help some?
