Thanks for posting this. I have been saying this all along. It is time for the peaceful Muslims to ante up, and show us where their loyalties lay.

It is long past time for those Muslims who are not complicit with these radical Islamic clerics and their disciples who are preaching violence and hatred toward your host countries to actively get involved in exposing them.

You are in the best position to know who these fanatics are. They live among you. They use your mosques to preach, teach and inspire young Muslims. They capture the minds of your young sons and daughters with Islamic fundamental teaching from the verses in the Quran and the Hadith that are capable of being interpreted in the most violent sense toward non-Muslims.

Wait a minute though - in the UK at least, we do already know who these people are. Omar Bakri Mohammed, Abu Qatada, Abu Hamza... and so on.

We're working on the various legal measures that can be taken against them. And once we have a successful test case, the long arm of the law will ensure that any similar offenders not yet known to the police will soon be rooted out and prosecuted.

I think Hal is more worried than he needs to be.

No, more needs to be done by the Muslim community, especially in the U.S. They need to find the radicals in their midst and notify the U.S. government when they see somehting suspicious, and the Muslim governments all over the world who want us to think that they are anti-terorism, need to actively demolish all terrorist strongholds, and detain, arrest, and prosecute all known terrorists, regardless of rank or position and never all them to breathe the free air ever again.

There is a website where these peace loving Muslims do speak out. I don't remember the address, possibly freemuslims.org but I did correspond briefly with someone on there and he was most gracious and had made a public statement supporting president Bush and the war in Iraq and Aphganistan.

Yes, but don't need them to speak out, we need them to act out. Anyone can jump on a website and say whatever behind the safety and protection of the anonymity of the internet. We need these "peaceful" Muslims all over the world to bring these terrorist groups to justice, to dismantle them and their networks. They need to do more than jump on a website.

Well, actually, they did. They were speakin gout at in DC somewhere. I heard it on Fox news and was so surprised that I e-mailed them and thanked them for speaking out. Like I said, we corresponded briefly, I interjected as much scripture as I felt I could.
