Exodus 20;14 

Thou shalt not commit adultery.

 

Leviticus 20;10

And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

 

Job 24;15

The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguiseth his face.

 

Proverbs 30;20

Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.

 

Jeremiah 3;8-9

And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also. Malachi 3;5-6

Matthew 5;27-28

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery;  But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

 

I Corinthians 6;9-10

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Yes it is, But thank God for His mercy and grace that covers the mistakes we have made

(Just a reminder as this is an unf0rtunately common sin, and if someone has fallen into it, it is not the end of God's love or forgiveness for you)

Romans 5:
