I have been watching the tv series the chosen, and one of the angles of the series is to fill in details the bible doesn’t mention, details that might not necessarily be true but they give you a powerful emotional insight into things.

So why did the bible leave a lot of this detail out? If you have not watched the chosen it might be harder to answer this question.

Thanks

According to The Lord what has been given is sufficient in all aspects of this life

2 Timothy 3:15-17 (KJV)

[15] And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

[17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

So this is in s/Spirit of course ... so if a reasoning comes to us that His Word lacks that would be of flesh not of s/Spirit...

The Holy Scripture wasn't given to satisfy the curiosity of the speculators, but to reveal just what those who will inherit the salvation need to fear the Creator and love His neighbor (John 13:34,35) moved by His Holy Spirit.
