Keep it Simple

Keep it simple. Life is about relationship with our Creator. And that relationship is the very thing the devil wanted to destroy in Eden. He got man to question God's heart. ("For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened.") If man couldn't realize God's love, then man couldn't realize his true purpose - to rule and reign under God.

1 John 3:[1] Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
[2] Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
[3] And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
[4] Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
[5] And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
[6] Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
[7] Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
[8] He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

[11] For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

God is love and all He does is in love for man.

Luke 11:[1] And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
[2] And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

God wants a relationship with you. Can you imagine the tremendous truth in that? The Almighty God, Creator of all things, wants you to know Him, His heart, His desires, His purposes, and His intention for creation! He wants you!

Micah 6:[8] He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

And God has made it possible for us to be reconciled unto Himself in a relationship through Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:[17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
[18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
[19] To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
[20] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
[21] For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Jesus came to bring us to His Father in a relationship. He wants us to know Him. And He gave us His Word to reveal to us how.

Colossians 1:[10] That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
[11] Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
[14] In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
[15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
[16] For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
[17] And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

And remember that man was created in His image and likeness "after" He created all else. It was created for you. What love God has for you and I!

John 16:[27] For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

Keep it simple. God loves you and wants to spend time with you as His child. He wants to see you grow up and become all He intended for you to be. And He gave His Word and His Spirit to help you.

Hebrews 12:[5] And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
[6] For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
[7] If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
[8] But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

2 Timothy 3:[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
(correction - ἐπανόρθωσις, -εως, ἡ, (ἐπανορθόω), restoration to an upright or a right state; correction, improvement.)

All creation awaits your expression of Him.

Romans 8:[19] For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Spend time with your Father today. He wants to reveal Himself to and through you. Keep it simple. Shalom

2 Corinthians 11:[3] But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
