Don’t look for what is strange to the will of Jesus for you.

•    *“Remove your ways far from her [the strange woman], and do not come near the door of her house, lest you give your honor to others and your years to the cruel;” (Proverbs 5.8,9)* – What it was written in brackets was added in order to make easy the understanding.

The Holy Scripture is clear about the provision of Jesus for us:

•    “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33);
•    “But as it is written, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard," nor has it entered into the heart of man, "the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." (1Corinthians 2.9).
•    “Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,’ (Ephesians 3.20);
•    “But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4.19)
•    “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ;” (Ephesians 1.3);
•    “according as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who has called us to glory and virtue,” (2Peter 1.3).

So, why do we insist on looking for the wrong blessing, in the wrong place, in order to use with the wrong motivation? Do this is to condemn ourselves to wear out and the worst: to be forced to contemplate Jesus’ boons by ending up in the hands of others.

So, don’t give your honor to others and your years to the cruel! Have a good day believing in the following promise:

•    “For God gives wisdom, and knowledge, and joy to a man who is good in His sight. But to the sinner He gives labor, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.” (Ecclesiastes 2.26).
