They sacrificed a Lamb the same year that Trump made Jerusalem a capital.

The Kingdom of God is in many facets.

Right now, the Kingdom of God is within every believer ... they now have Kingdom Authority to tread on serpents and scorpions ... walk in His anointing ... see people healed, watch people set free and bring people to salvation through His Son!

When Jesus said ...

Mat 5:17  “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Mat 5:18  For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

Most people are not realizing that He is SAYING that EVERY PROMISE ... every single line that was promised will LITERALLY be fulfilled.  There is NOTHING in the Torah, or HaTorah that will NOT BE FULFILLED ... and that every promise MUST be completed ... then we will have a NEW heaven and a NEW earth!

So the promises given to Abraham of the land .. the promises of Him establishing a government (Kingdom) ... everything must be completed!

So the return of Jesus to this earth will facilitate the completeness of the Kingdom!

What was accomplished when He came the first time ...

Act 3:18  But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled.

Then continues in the same passage ...

Act 3:21  whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

UNTIL ... a FUTURE fulfillment ...

One cannot simply "spiritualize" the text ... its Plato thinking that has crept into the church.

It's not the thinking from a Hebraic mindset.  All things are cyclical .. how it started .. is how it ends!

Gen 1:1  In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

Rev 21:1  Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.

Start thinking cyclically ... its' BIBLICAL!

Ecc 1:4  A generation goes, and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever.

Ecc 1:5  The sun rises, and the sun goes down, and hastens to the place where it rises.

Ecc 1:6  The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns.

Ecc 1:7  All streams run to the sea, but the sea is not full; to the place where the streams flow, there they flow again.

Ecc 1:8  All things are full of weariness; a man cannot utter it; the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

Ecc 1:9  What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun.

Ecc 1:10  Is there a thing of which it is said, “See, this is new”? It has been already in the ages before us.

I hope that answers your question.  :)

LOL

Nope you didn't.

Is the 1000 years considered the kingdom of God as Jesus often mentioned?

Yes or no. :-)

A glorified body is a resurrected body. The only way a person can get a glorified body is to die and be resurrected or raptured. Those saints will return with Jesus and rule with Him. They will be the only ones with resurrected glorified bodies at that time.

I agree with you!  :)

I'm just suggesting that Israel will also be saved ... at that time.  :)

Rom 11:26  And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

I'm just suggesting the text shows that it's the nations that have unregenerate bodies ... that the sacrifices are for ... not for salvation, but so they can be in the glory of God.

Not entirely at all!  The true Kingdom won't be fully realized until the New Jerusalem!  It's. progression ... the Kingdom within us ... the Kingdom on earth ... then the Kingdom delivered to the Father ... the final consummation of the Kingdom.

When Jesus spoke of "the age to come" did He refer to the 1000 years?

Honestly, He exposed how corrupt the system is!  As a person, I find the means by which operates rubs me the wrong way.  However, his policies greatly helped Americans and the world ... for that i can commend him.  So you have to be able to separate the man ... from what he actually accomplished.  :)

Here is one of them--there are several where He uses this phrase.

Luke 18:30 (NAS20S) who will not receive many times as much at this time, and in the age to come, eternal life.”

My thoughts about this are that when Jesus returns, the 1,000-year period (Millennium) begins. After that, there's the GWTJ.

The GWTJ is followed by the age to come (the Eternity)—This is the New Jerusalem.

in Christ, Selah
