Shepherd the flock of Jesus entrusted to you with dedication and gladly! (1Peter 5.2,3)?

•    “Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD. Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD. ” (Jeremiah 23.1,2).

Each one is a pastor, whether of their family , of their workers, of their company, of their colleagues of work, of their neighborhood, etc. 
Unfortunately, many times, we are very lackadaisical with regard to this matter. We refuse to accept that the true church is constructed inside us (2Cor 3.1-3; 1Peter 2.5-8).
As the ark of covenant should be carried in the shoulders of the Levites, today the presence of the Creator ought to be carried in us (see Matthew 5.14-16).

•    “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” (Revelation 21.3).

Even when someone displease us, we can’t oust them. We can’t scatter people around us. Instead, we ne3ed to keep the unity of the spirit (Ephesians 4.3) and, at the same time, prepared each for the vocation that Jesus called them (Acts 13.2).
Even if there are "fig trees" in our "viticulture" (see Luke 13.), let's not to deprecate or belittle them. Perhaps it is for this time and function that Jesus took us out of the empire of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Jo 12.27; Col 1.13).
Finally, we need to keep in touch with Jesus’ herd that was committed to us:

•    “Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds. For riches are not for ever: and doth the crown endure to every generation? The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered. The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field. And thou shalt have goats' milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens.” (Prov 27.23-27).
