That's when I started to watch the nest again. These same Eagles keep this same nest each year, the parents that is. Last year there were also two eggs but only one hatched. We here in Southern California are getting some colder weather lately. So that's why it's snowing a lot now in our mountains.

I just went to the nest cam.... she's sleeping, of course. But I tried rewinding the video....lo and behold, it shows the Eagle in the daytime, moving around on the nest. She even fiddled around the eggs and sat back down! @Saved.One.by.Grace I remember you sleep in the daytime so miss any action. Try rewinding the video.

I previously lived in Glendale, worked in LA, and went to the mountains every chance I got. Photography was my big hobby then. Once the eggs hatch (hopefully both will)....then it's amazing how fast the Eaglet grows up.

But I did learn if your want to capture a specific image, you can zoom to an image using the pointing arrows a few seconds at a time on the already recorded back slide bar. I then use a tool called Snagit to specify the high res capture area. I wish I could post my pictures from the Website.
