Are you a lawyer?  I repeat: in Stone v. Graham, 449 U.S. 39 (1980), the Supreme Court ruled that a Kentucky law that required the posting of the Ten Commandments on the wall of every public school classroom in the state violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment because the purpose of the display was essentially religious.  If you think the Supreme Court's ruling was wrong, please state the legal basis of your decision.

Lol 1 court case from Kentucky doesn't mean squat.

And what are your qualifications for interpreting the intention of the founders who wrote the constitution?

It's called reading.

The establishment clause concerns the federal government, not the states.

It will be interesting to see what the present Supreme Court will rule on this.

When the Supreme Court makes a ruling it does "mean squat", so your opinion means nothing.

Reading forms your personal opinion only.  That doesn't mean you have the qualifications for interpreting the intention of the founders who wrote the Constitution.  The Supreme Court's decision is what counts.

Everybody has opinions!

The Supreme Court's decision ruled that a Kentucky law that required the posting of the Ten Commandments on the wall of every public school classroom in the state violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment.  That clearly shows that you are wrong about it not concerning the states.

The Texas law case failed.  Is there another case about this before the court or is that just wishful thinking on your part?

It doesn't matter what people think of the Supreme Court's decisions.

Romans 13:1, "Let every person be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those authorities that exist have been instituted by God."

That is an elementary school understanding of Romans 13. I suggest watching this

I'm curious why you defend the State over God so vehemently. Do you worship the State?

It does mean squat. A judges ruling is that particular judges OPINION.

Qualifications? Lmao you must be a leftist. I'm not a veterinarian but I can tell you what dogs and cats are. That is the most ignorant argument you could possibly make.

No thanks.  I understand what it clearly means.

That is simply your misunderstanding.  Since you must resort to insults I am putting you on "ignore".
