You may want to read and consider the following:

1 Corinthians 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

I do not think there is a person, that upon their death did not have -some- unconfessed sin in their lives. If we ever found a place in our lives that we had absolutely no sin, we would be as Enoch who walked with God and was found no more because God took Him. Which sins did Christ forgive of yours? Past? Present? Future? Let me hazard a guess - All of your sins were yet future when He died for you.

I'm always hesitant to post a response to these...because I would never want to encourage such a selfish act. That's what it amounts to, a selfish act that wounds more lives than just one.

But anyway, I will respond with asking you this:

If a believer commits theft, does s/he go to heaven or hell?

If a believer commits adultry, does s/he go to heaven or hell?

If a beleiver commits murder, does s/he go to heaven or hell?

If a believer commits hate, does s/he go to heaven or hell?

If a believer commits lust, does s/he go to heaven or hell?

...you get the picture. If by the term "believer" you mean someone who is saved, then the answer to all of the above is that they are His and they will go to be with Him in heaven..no matter what sin they commit. The problem with suicide is that it robs you of potential to be His witness, His Light, His trophy of grace in this world. Suicide is a sin, but it is not the unpardonable sin. It would break God's heart, as all sin does, but if you are in Christ it will not send you to hell.

That said, if it's something you're contemplating I'd highly encourage you to seek help. Whether through a ministry, a pastor, or a doctor. Sometimes, unfortunately, I don't think churches take this seriously or address the underlying issues that may be going on. Sometimes a person needs more than Scripture to get through depression. If you've sought God's heart for healing and still haven't found relief, you might consider going to a doctor and making sure it isn't something physical going on. There is no shame in having a mental illness (if that's what it is). You just need the right help. (that's a general "you", not you specifically btw )
