Ok, don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think I have EVER heard of someone praying for God to bless sinners. Praying for their salvation, yes, but praying for them to recieve blessing, financial or otherwise, before they are saved, is almost sacrilige.

Can you fathom someone praying like this?

"Oh yes, God, Bless that devil worshipper. Give him a raise and help him do his job right."

Proverbs 25:21 If your enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:

22 For you shall heap coals of fire on his head, and the LORD shall reward you.

I believe the bible is explaining here how when we bless our enemies, they become convicted and their conscience overtakes them.

There you go again assuming all blessing and praying for someone consists of is material prospering.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I HAVE NEVER, NOT ONE TIME, SAID THAT. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS TO ME ON EVERY RESPONSE I MAKE ON EVERY THREAD I POST ON.

Let's recap some of the things you've stated in this topic:

The unbelievers in the world are often filthy rich, having far more than they need, at least in terms of money and physical blessings. Since many do not believe in God at all, much less pray, then that begs the question, what is the point in prayer as it regards anything attainable through "hard work" or talent? If God answers your prayers through hard work, how can you say you've recieved anything new at all, when the world gets the same thing or better, and without prayer?

I don't recall that I ever went to my parents to ask them for money to buy something that was already in my power and means to buy. So what would be the point of God using something that is already in your power to answer a prayer? If you were already capable of doing it, why bother asking God to do it for you, and if you aks God to bless you, how have you recieved anything new if you were already had the means to get it to begin with?

A ten dollar an hour pay rate for a job is certainly a blessing compared to some other jobs, for example, but its not a "blessing" or a miracle of any sort at the end of the week when you get the same wage as the unbeliever, or the next person of similar skill and experience. You both performed a 40 hour service for an employer, and both got payed accordingly. If the believer's prayer is answered by God "blessing" them with that check, then there's little point in prayer because the unbeliever recieved the same thing for the same services rendered, and didn't even spend time praying or thanking God for it, and further went out the next night and blew half of it on alcohol and drugs in most cases.

I'm simply saying that the rewards of hard work is not really an answer to prayer because everyone who works hard in similar fields, and with similar skill and experience, receives similar wages.

Ok, don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think I have EVER heard of someone praying for God to bless sinners. Praying for their salvation, yes, but praying for them to recieve blessing, financial or otherwise, before they are saved, is almost sacrilige.

The above are all your own quotes regarding prayer, blessing and this topic. In every instance you only referred to financial/material blessing. Instead of busting a blood vessel because I pointed this out, why not have the humility to glance over your posts and consider that you're perspective might be a wee bit narrow? There's no need to shout or throw a tantrum. If you disagree, just say so. If you believe I am wrong, then by all means show me how by using Scripture.

Again, I'm not out to get you as you seem to think I am. I simply disagree with you on some things...it's not that big of a deal.

It's simple. It feels like your prayrs meen nothing and that it bounces back from the roof, reason being that sin binds you to the world and the things of the world therefor braking the conection with God,do not be troubled about this, reborn yourself from spirit.its like the burds of heaven, they always have a home and food, how many things the son of man wont do for you.you must go to God through the the son, otherwise your prayers wont meen anything. The grait I AM knows what you need. This is how you should pray.Mathews 6:5Allso you must give 10 percent of your earnings to the house of God,just try this and see the wonders of God.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
