Quit drinking and smoking on November 28, 2000. I had very vivid dreams about drinking and/or smoking for many years after.

I had smoked for ten years, quit for five years and smoked again for eleven years. Never stopped drinkin' until the above date. If it weren't for Jesus I would've died years ago.

Over two months without nicotine. Glory to God. He took my addiction away completely.

Now that the nicotine addiction has been overcome it it time to start de-integrating the smoking habit itself from the rest of you life and your life's activities.

 

This is actually the hardest part since isn't simply resisting something till the driving desire for it goes away but changing who you are at your core by learning new non smoking behaviors in place of old and ingrained smoking behaviors.  It is also the most rewarding part since it is the one that fully transforms you from being a smoker that isn't currently smoking to a non smoker that doesn't want to smoke and is happy to be that way.

 Pray for help and God will help you do this.

God has already delivered me. On November 12 I stopped using nicotine and had no withdrawal symptoms after 11 years of addiction. I am 100% healed and set free 😎
