I am not even sure I have grabbed the right post you have received so many more replies I am a bit behind, but I went down a really cool mountain trail along with this one and bring it around in the end, tell me what you think here.

The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field

But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

The tares would be "among the wheat"

Similarly, the Kingdom of God (by the Spirit/Mat 12:28) is  among us/even with us and shall also be in us. But so likewise are there those who are among us/with us but who are not of us (but of another spirit)

This would be the children of God/wheat and children of the wicked/the devil or tares sown "among" the wheat/children of God

Here he says,

Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity

So iniquity "is let" and all things that offend, Satan is also  an offence to him

Mat 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

What do you think here? Satan is being addressed in Peter right? Would that be  too far off from that which is shown in Job?

For example here

Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

And again,

Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.

So Satan comes along with them, and shows up here when the word is heard and does this...

Mark 4:15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

The same thing, Jesus speaking the word to his disciples

Mark 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.

Then what happens after they heard the word?

Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.

Where did the word of God just go? Who is also among them?

Mark 8:33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan:for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

When the word is sown, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word, Peter begins to rebuke Jesus and Jesus looks upon his disciples rebuking Peter, addressing Satan who is among them

Satan was among them entering Judas

Luke 22:3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

Jesus knows what Satan desires

Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat

Just as the LORD knows Satan's desire towards Job similarly

Job 1:9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

Job 1:10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

Job 1:11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.

Job 1:12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand

So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

After he performed his dirty work

Satan is now speaking through the woman unto her husband uttering Satan's own expressed desire toward him having been taken captive by him at his will, she says,

Job 2:9 Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

Again, His voice

Job 1:11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.

And her voice is encouraging her husband to curse God

Unlike Adam (who hearkened unto the voice of his wife) Job did not hearken to the voice of his wife but reproved her

Satan is still among the Sons of God here

Acts 5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost

So both Spirits are shown to be operation among them

Wouldn't the wicked  be shown to be among the just here also but at the same time they are still to put away or severed from among  them in the present too?

For example here

1 Co 513 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

And so shall it be at the end of the world

Mat 13:49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

Could this apply in anyway seeing you are using the example of wheat and tares?

Yes, it seems there is always tares amoung the wheat, fake disciples amoung the true, like Judas.

This will be this way until the Lord weeds them all out.

What you wrote reminded me of this verse here…

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of usthey would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
