Amen, there is the fellowship  the mystery between them, and also the mystery which pertains to Christ in us. I will just add this to your post, I had posted something on part of the upper portion of this earlier this week but I think it fits nicely. I tried avoiding verses you already posted but there some sprinkled about. Great things to look at!

Okay, I will start here and sort of springboard off of it with Peter words, I think this makes for great practice too which is why I love these sorts of posts.

1 Peter 1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
1 Peter 1:5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1 Peter 1:6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with firemight be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1 Peter 1:8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and  full of glory:
1 Peter 1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
1 Peter 1:10 Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
1 Peter 1:11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow.
1 Peter 1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at  the revelation of Jesus Christ

Now Paul's

Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ,  according to  the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
Romans 16:26-27 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.

Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Col 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in youthe hope of glory:
Col 1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
Col 1:29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily

Again, Peter on this part

And Paul also here

Ephes 3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
Ephes 3:5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
Ephes 3:6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Ephes 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

Peter speaking of..." these who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you"

Paul in the present... " If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward"

Peter speaking of the prophets which had the Spirit of Christ in them searching into what was signified to them, and the same prophesied of a time that the LORD would pour out his Spirit upon all flesh, and Paul tells them what not being in the flesh means by the same here

Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.
Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his

Jesus said,

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Next verse, "WE will come unto him, and make OUR abode with him"

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

The Word of life said, "It is I" HANDLE me and see

Luke 24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: HANDLE me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

John says, "Our hands have HANDLED", of the Word of life

1 John 1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have HANDLED, of the Word of life;

Next verse, the life was manifested

1 John 1:2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you THAT eternal lifewhich WAS WITH the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

Jesus is THAT eternal life that WAS WITH the Father , and their fellowship is with the Father AND with his Son

1 John 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us:
and truly our fellowship is WITH the Father, AND WITH his Son Jesus Christ.

"WE will come unto him, and make OUR abode with him" John 14:23

John 17:3 And THIS IS life eternal, that they might KNOW THEE the only true God,
AND Jesus Christ, whom THOU hast sent.

1 John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may KNOW HIM that is trueand we are IN HIM that is true, EVEN IN HIS Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, AND eternal life.

THAT eternal life, which WAS WITH the Father

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father,
BUT BY me.

1 John 5:11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is IN HIS Son.

1 John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

Jesus said,

John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

John 5:40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

And that life is to be "in us" the same is also shown as a mystery

Col 1:26-27 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

There is the fellowship of the mystery between Father and Son even as there is the riches of the glory of this mystery of Christ in you.

It says, To wit, God was in Christ

Jesus said, I am not alone, because the Father is with me John 16:32

John 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

Jesus also said,

John 10:30 I and my Father are one.

He prayed also that we would be one as he and the Father are one.

John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
John 17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent meand hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Both Father and His Son

1 John 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us:
and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

He that hath the Son hath the Father also

1 John 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

To continue in the Son, and in the Father

1 John 2:24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

2 John 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

Even the doctrine of Christ is not his own.

My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. (John 7:16-17)

I could have been laid out much better I think but I have been tired lately and that will inevitably show up in the obvious places. But I think there is enough to touch down on the same things in various other places as well.

Good thread, I don't like opening threads so I am glad you open up some interesting ones that leave the door open to comment more or less.

Our God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ  richly bless you

Well done, you laid that out nicely.👍

I have to agree, as I also did not know what he meant by “for all” in his first post.  Perhaps he could have been more specific like “for all” who are “in Christ”

As we are not to have fellowship with sinners, even those who may call themselves “brothers” in Christ.

1 Corinthians 5:9-13

King James Version

9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is “called a brother”be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.”

Most of the faceless people on this forum consider themselves "in Christ". Do you consider yourself in fellowship with them?

Who are the ones in your life that you do consider yourself to be in fellowship with? The ones you consider brethren beloved.

Obedience to the Spirit requires you all to submit to one another in Godly fear.

If you are going to talk about the fellowship of the mystery, understand what fellowship means. It is not being "unequally yoked with unbelievers".

It is the Anointing of brethren "endeavoring to maintain the Spirit of unity in the bond of peace". Ephesians 4:3

I am in fellowship with those who are truly “in Christ”by the Holy Spirit. But not everyone who claims to be “in Christ” truly are of God; which is why we are told to try the spirits.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
