My dad knew the brothers who started Dominos in Ypsilanti, Michigan.  He owned a gas station and used to service their vehicles in the mid 1960's, soon after they bought a couple additional pizza shop locations in the area.  One brother approached dad with an opportunity to invest two thousand to help them grow, which would have amounted to ground floor initial stock.  Dad wasn't sure about the whole thing so he declined . . .

Here in New Mexico, the green chile and pineapple pizza is a thing. Both toppings go well together.

At the time of Jesus and long time ago going back to Egypt people had flat breads with olive oil and herbs and garlic and zucchini types of vegetables.

I definitely could have identified more with the children of Israel when they left Egypt, if they said they had missed the pizza instead of "garlic & leaks"!  :kanoso:
