Wendy, George (who owns and runs this board has asked up not to get into conspiracy discussions here. There have been some many many months ago and it sort of overtook things and cause hurt and much discontint.

If you want to get into some talk over those things you can try http://www.prophecynewswatch.com/message/i...ee530a90ffbb34b. It is a christian site that has a conspiracy forum that you might try. There are some very strong personalities there so know your stuff before you post :)

I can tell you this, Remnant:

I don't believe much of what passes for 'end times' teaching today. I think most of Revelation was fulfilled in the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70. I've only read one book (besides the Bible) which backed up my view, but it was a pretty good one......

What was the name of the Book Leonard? I've been listening to Hank Hannegraff for years now, and his position is very similar. I think he considers himself a Partial Preterist. I'm really interested in learning more about the preterism position.

Thanks, Joe

No and you won't find much informwtion on a christian site about preterism. except that is a false teaching that is better left alone.

Eric,

I would agree that from what I've heard about it, the Full Preterist position is definately heritical and false.

I've been hearing a lot lately about the "Partial Preterist" position. I don't know if that's like being "sorta pregnant" or "partial athesim", etc., but from what I have heard and read on the Bible Answer Man program and website, there does seem to be some evidence that at least a portion of the Apostle John's Vision as written in Revelation has already occured.

I would never accept any position that states we are in the millenial Kingdom now, or that Jesus has already returned (second coming), but I am very interested in studying.

I'm on the fence as to whether I'm Pre-Mil, Ah-Mil, Post-Mil, etc. I'm not even sure where I stand with regard to the Great Tribulation. I think I understand the Dispensational view well, yet, I'm not totally comfortable with it. Paul told us that the Grace of the Lord was for Jew and Gentile alike, that we have been grafted into the Olive Tree......

Still learning and yearning to know more about my God and wonderful Savior.

Peace.

Joe

The book was called 'DAYS OF VENGEANCE' by Fr. David Chilton. Unfortunately in some places it comes across (to me at least) as being anti-semitic. I never spoke with Fr. Chilton (he died quite young), but have spoken to people who knew him, and they say he was not at all anti-semitic, but parts of the book struck me that way.

For its technical aspects however, it is an extraordinarily well researched commentary on the Revelation.

Unfortunately that's true. But we all haven't received perfection yet! When you have, you'll agree with me.

Also you'll ALL be 5' 8" and weigh 300 lbs! ;);)
