WHAT DOES THE WORD OF GOD SAY CONCERNING FAITH?

MUCH IS MENTIONED ABOUT HAVING OR NOT HAVING FAITH IN GOD......

WHAT EXACTLY DOES GOD'S WORD SAY FAITH IS?.....

LET'S GO TO THE WORD AND SEE .......

Hbr 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen..............

FAITH IS BELEIVING GOD AND HIS WORD .....

PUTTING OUR WHOLE TRUST IN HIM ,THAT WHAT HE SAID IN HIS WORD IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH ,AND THAT GOD ALMIGHTY WILL DO EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO.........

FAITH REMOVES DOUBT ..

FAITH IS BELEIVING GOD ABSOLUTE NOT WAVERING .........

ABRAHAM BELEIVED GOD AND IT WAS COUNTED UNTO HIM FOR RIGHTOUESNESS........

HE BELIVED GOD .

WHEN GOD SPOKE HE BELIVED WHAT GOD SAID.......PERIOD!.........

GOD'S WORD SAYS IN COL.1:23 THAT WE ARE TO BE GROUNDED IN THE FAITH....

STAND FAST IN THE FAITH 1 COR. 16.....

BE STRONG IN FAITH ROM.4:20-24.......

HOLD FAST YOUR FAITH.........

1Ti 1:19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

HAVE ASSURANCE ......

2Ti 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.....

GOD'S WORD SAYS ABOUND IN THE FAITH IN ......

2Cr 8:7 Therefore, as ye abound in every [thing, in] faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and [in] all diligence, and [in] your love to us, [see] that ye abound in this grace also

WE SHOULD WALK BY FAITH:.........

Rom 4:12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which [he had] being [yet] uncircumcise

AND LIVE BY FAITH:....

Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith

RESIST EVIL(satan) BY FAITH:.........

Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked

AND OVERCOME THE WORLD BY FAITH:......

1Jo 2:13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

1Jo 2:14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

1Jo 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

WE ARE INSTRUCTED TO HEAR AND READ THE WORD OF GOD......

LACK FAITH?

READ THE WORD......

WANT MORE FAITH?.......

READ THE WORD.........

NEED MORE FAITH?...........

EAT THE WORD.........

NEED MORE FAITH?........

DEVOUR THE WORD...........

THE APOSTLES PRAYED FOR AN INCREASE IN FAITH AS YOU SAW IN LUKE 17..........

ARE WE WILLING TO MAKE THE SACRIFICE TO READ GOD'S WORD MORE? ......

ARE WE WILLING TO PUT ASIDE THAT MAGZINE OR FAVORITE BOOK TO READ GOD'S WORD? ....

ARE WE WILLING TO TURN THE TV OFF AND READ THE WORD? ......

ARE WE WILLING TO SET ASIDE TIME EACH DAY TO READ AND STUDY GOD'S WORD? TO MEDITATE ON HIS WORD .........

FATHER I ASK LORD THAT YOU GIVE EACH OF US MORE HUNGER FOR YOUR WORD .HELP US O GOD TO BE FAITHFUL TO READING YOUR WORD........

AND FATHER I ASK THAT YOU GIVE EACH OF US HERE AN INCREASE IN FAITH .

DO THAT WHICH NEEDS TO BE DONE IN EACH OF OUR HEARTS FATHER FOR WE ASK AND DESIRE FATHER THAT YOU HAVE YOUR WILL AND YOUR WAY IN OUR HEARTS AND LIVES TODAY AND EVERYDAY.........

TOUCH AND BLESS ,STRENGTHEN AND ENCOURAGE , HEAL AND DELIVER THOSE THAT HAVE NEED OF IT IN THIS FORUM TODAY LORD AND ALL THOSE THAT SHALL ENTER IN HERE........

BLESS EACH ONE IN BODY MIND AND SPIRIT FATHER..

SAVE THE LOST O LORD BRING BACK THE BACKSLIDDEN ....HEAL THE SICK FATHER....FOR I ASK IT ALL IN THE MIGHTY LOVELY AND MATCHLESS NAME OF JESUS CHRIST YOUR SON.......AMEN AND AMEN

      You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

      Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
