Where is our faith? We proclaim to have faith in the second coming of Christ. When faith takes over our souls began to move through the unction of our holy spirit. It is this motion of the holy ghost that separates us from the world. For the soul of the world is dead in sin, and the world walks by sight, rather than by faith.

Yet, our souls have come alive through the blood of Christ. We have become new creatures, old things are passed away and all things become new. We don't think or act as the world that is around us. The world should look at us as the reflection of Christ. The world hated Christ, and he told us that the world will hate us too if we pick up our cross to follow after him.

Christ walked by faith trusting in his Father's word. He disregarded his own suffering. No matter how cruel the world treated him, his last words were "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do". We too must forgive the world as we began our walk of faith. We are in the world, yet not of the world.

So, it's time now for us to be like Christ. If we are ashamed to be as Christ, then he too will become ashamed of us. Let us not be ashamed to walk by our own faith.

2Cor5 [17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Indeed. Amen.

If a man (or woman) has received the new birth by receiving Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, then truly the second coming of Christ should be the predominant motivating factor that governs their lives in this world.

I. Peter 1

3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy we have been born anew to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4: and to an inheritance which is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you,

5: who by God's power are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

II. Peter 3

3: First of all you must understand this, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own passions

4: and saying, "Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things have continued as they were from the beginning of creation."

5: They deliberately ignore this fact, that by the word of God heavens existed long ago, and an earth formed out of water and by means of water,

6: through which the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished.

7: But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist have been stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

8: But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

9: The Lord is not slow about his promise as some count slowness, but is forbearing toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

10: But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up.

11: Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of persons ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,

12: waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be kindled and dissolved, and the elements will melt with fire!

13: But according to his promise we wait for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

14: Therefore, beloved, since you wait for these, be zealous to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.

15: And count the forbearance of our Lord as salvation. So also our beloved brother Paul wrote to you according to the wisdom given him,

16: speaking of this as he does in all his letters. There are some things in them hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other scriptures.

17: You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, beware lest you be carried away with the error of lawless men and lose your own stability.

18: But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

It is with the "return of Christ" that we should preoccupy our thoughts, our hearts, and our very beings. Jesus saves us from the world, not to take us from the world, but that we should continue to do the work He began to do ... tell others about the Creator, Almighty God, and how it is the will of our Father that everyone knows Him. There is no other reason to live, except to share YHWH, Jehovah, El Shaddai, Elohim, Adonai, Yeshua and His salvation so freely provided to the world!

Somebody please read Genesis, the beginning, and see what "truth" is!
