Vision: The Truth Shall Set You Free Indeed

I'm doing good. Another semester in college is about to start and I still need to register for 4 more classes. I also got a parking ticket recently that I need to take care of. I'm not good at taking care of these things.

So I have to keep turning to Christ for grace again. It seems I never run out of things that would cause me to worry but this keeps me turning to the Lord. I still rejoice in the Lord greatly in the midst of problems. These things are necessary for our growing as long as I'm rooted in the Word and Christ. Just as the sun can both scorch a plant or cause it to grow so our persecutions and hardships when they come.

On the good side I got an internship at an engineering office. They pay very well; $11/ hour. First time I started making money...but I'm keeping guard that I dont become deceived by riches.

I want to be good soil for the seed of Christ to grow in me, this is the kingdom of God. And I'm always striving more and more to truly seek first the kingdom of God. I hope this year I give the Lord more ground in me than 2006. Each year that Christ increases more and I decrease more.

Monday, January 08, 10:37 a.m. - This morning when I woke up (the second time) I thought about how we are fast approaching the events of Revelation 6 and then what popped into my head next is that Revelation is the 66th book of the Bible, so 666 could be Revelation 6. On 1/19/06 or 1/20/06 (some discrepancy in my journal as to which day) my husband had a vision of 3:33 on his alarm clock in red two times and then once more in green, which is the normal color on his clock and he said God said it is half-way to 666. Two red sets of 3-3's = 666.

I inquired of the Lord as to whether this meant we were half-way to the antichrist, i.e. the beast of Revelation, when Rick had this vision, particularly in relation to the

I thought that the number of the beast was "six hundred and sixty-six". Not just a 6 here, a 6 there, and another 6 somewhere else.

If you read the whole post you will see that this was NOT a reference to the beast of Revelation but instead a reference to the 6th chapter of the book of Revelation (the 66th book of the Bible). Perhaps it could have been better stated as 6:66.
