I've had several PM's from you guys wishing to continue the prayer vigil. As we have the holidays coming up, which can be very stressful, I think this is a wonderful idea. However, we should begin anew, with brand new prayer partners. We want to keep this fresh and enthusiastic.

Would someone out there like to volunteer to be the organizer this time? I certainly don't mind doing it, it was quite a blessing actually, but I'm sure someone else would like to do it this time. All you really have to do is pray about who should pray for who (whom??) and I found it necessary to keep a listing. There were a lot of participants!!

One thing I need to bring out though. Some of you did not contact the one you were praying for to ask for specifics. We need to do that not only to be able to specifically pray for a certain request, but to let the other person know who their prayer warrior is in case something comes up at a later time and they have a different prayer request. Also, some of the ones that received a prayer warrior did not know that someone was praying for them. I think it is important to know you are being prayed for.

Trav, you did a great job. I still nominate you. My prayer warrior was great. I wish I could say the same for the person who got me as their prayer warrior.

Aw Patsy - remeber - everything in GOD'S timing. You don't know what ripples you have truly generated in their life. Remeber too, it's not us that has anything to do with it, but in who we know. Just like Moses and Elijah. It wasn't them that parted the red sea and sent down fire from heaven. It was who they knew. And you know our Father, and He heard your prayers. Ot's just that we don't see behind the scenes to know all the plans and blueprints. But someday - - -

Thanks Trav, I need that word of encouragement. You always know how to encourage and what you say is so true. I thought maybe I had not prayed enough. Yes our Father did hear the prayers. Thanks because I was really beating myself up over this.

THANK YOU SO MUCH SIS FOR A CALL TO BEGIN THIS PRAYER VIGIL....I LOVE IT. PRAISE GOD..I LOVE PRAYER BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN HOW GOD MOVES WHEN WE PRAY....I LOVE THE FACT THAT GOD LOVES HIS CHILDREN AND HE IS MOVED WITH COMPASSION AND PITY ON OUR BEHALF....THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOR HEARING THE CRIES OF YOUR CHILDREN AND FOR MOVING ON OUR BEHALF.
