Come on!!!!! Give me a break!!!!! This is the most obvious attempt to create a loophole in our laws than I've ever seen.

"Hey, you can't refuse to marry me and my boyfriend, because my birth certificate says I am a woman, though I am still physically and genetically a male."

Makes me gag, this is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. We need to do something, before this is allowed to gain a foothold and we have to go through months of legislation to pass an amendment that says, a person is a male if he posesses male organs and a female is a female so long as she possesses female organs, despite what their birth certificates say.

What qualifies someone as a transgender expert anyway? How smart can you be, if you can't see the evidence in front of you and make a conclusive decision regarding sex. Even children know the difference between boys and girls.

If I was on the panel that decides on the changes of birth certificates, I'd ask 2 questions. "Will you please drop your pants and submit the evidence that proves you are opposite what your birth certificate says? Or am I gonna have to subpoena your genitalia?"

Do you know that young boys who see psychiatrists about these kinds of issues are advised by the psychiatrist to live as a woman for two years and then there are services out there to help them get the surgeries required...

Most unisex bathrooms in Europe are in places that only adults go to, like dance clubs and bars. No, there is no division whatsoever, women and men take care of their business at the same time.

I was also being a little sarcastic as well. Would you rather a girl receive a rude awakening by seeing the birds and bees on a cross-dressing pervert? That will be allowed soon, if this law passes, you can bet the other blue states will follow shortly.
