I think there should be some controls on the internet because at the present there are some really evil sites on it eg sites telling depressed people how to kill themselves or sites promoting anorexia. I've even come across some "Christian" websites that are really anti-Semitic and promote real hatred against Jewish people. IMHO such sites should be closed down immediately. Having said that I certainly wouldn't trust the UN to do the job and such restrictions could be used against genuine Christian sites one day so it's a difficult situation.

There are also shining beacons of Christs light.

The darkness would love nothing better than to smother that light.

As well the U.N. has a specific ant-semitic bent. The Stories we get from brother George and other brethren coming out of Israel or wherever, may be censored or may not. The truth is not being handled well by the general media.

Do we want to lose that powerful insight in the name of a secure internet?

Yes just like the world we live in. There is very much darkness. If Christ weren't in it I dread to think of the consequence. The net is just a microcosm of the world.

Let the beast control the net and you may have to bow down to it?

Pretty soon we will not be able to have any christian boards or post or write anything that it's politically incorrect, and under the banner of racism law that could bring about jail time, and even death for those who believe in our Saviour Jesuschrist. It's already pretty clear from the latest court cases, where this is all going, so fellow christians take my advice, read the Bible, memorise all you can, and pray, pray, pray. Because I think the Bible will be made hate liteture soon. I don't see nothing else being attacked with such fervor, as Jesuschrist and Israel are being attacked, the line in the sand has already been drawn, and much prayer is needed, asking God to dethrone those who want to dethrone him, but it must be done in prayer. Not with violence and hateful speech, but with Love and determined prayer. Always preaching the Truth of the Gospel, and warning always that the Lord will not be mocked! Even when face with insurmountable odds, nothing is impossible for the Lord. The Lord will do according to his will, our duty is to preach & warn!

We still should fight back by staying informed,

sending emails atleast,

walmart is China...already using chips to track their products, yikes

check everything and protest!!!

and if we threaten to not buy,
