My goodness.  When I first happened onto this board I was thrilled to find "I'm a Soldier" posted by Stephen C.  That spoke to the Warrior that God called me to be.  I saw a few "amens" and thought I'd call this home.

But, as I read through the various topics posted in this "Spiritual Warfare" room, I'm left wondering where are the soldiers?  No doubt, God is raising a hidden army of warriors but, surely, I thought, I'd find a few willing to boldly declare the victory of Christ.  Yes, I know there are going to be those posts seeking answers but where are those who are unapologetically declaring God's truth in response?  The devil is a liar, folks! Shall we expose him for the liar that he is or entertain his lies?  It's the lies of the enemy that's allowing him to take captives.  Shall we resist him, at the very least?   :cool2:

Listen, I know that battles are won as we spend time in our prayer closets but, there is power in speaking out the word of God.  Truth exposes all lies.  We believe every word of God to be true and that's all that we can rely on as truth.  God's word needs to be spoken forth as we expose the lies in the fullness of the Light.

God's word tells us to test the spirits!  God's word says that we will know a tree by its fruit!  We should be actively testing spirits and examining fruit.  We know that the enemy will not allow a board like this to go forth without lies, deceit and those appearing as angels of light.

I'm a Soldier!  Are there any others who are willing to check in?  There's work to be done.

If I am on the wrong board, now's the time for me to find out.  ???

We're all called to warfare but, who's willing to say that they are walking in an anointing for warfare?  Is anyone walking in the gift of discernment of spirits?  Where are the Warriors?  Ok, how about those called and anointed to Intercessory Prayer?  Are you there? Anyone called and anointed in Deliverance?  Hello?

Stephen, God bless you!  You have the heart of a warrior, called and anointed to serve in God's special forces.

Blessings,

Tonia

Blessings, Timothy.

I praise God for each and every one.  It's not my intention to belittle anyone.  My intent is to shake the bushes, so to speak.  I'm am very interested in stirring up the gifts.  There are those who will be stirred and not offended.  Those are the ones that I'm seeking.

If this board is for fellowship and the subject matter happens to be spiritual warfare, then that's different than a "warfare board", for a lack of better phrase.  This is what I'm trying to identify.

I love and respect all members of the Body and lift every board that I attend in prayers.

Blessings,

Tonia

We have a spiritual warfare section.

I believe there is something to be said for being 'spiritually balanced'.

I believe what the Lord said as well Karen.

There are many cleverly disguised counterfeit signs and wonders in this world. Those which come from above are easily discerned by those who are led by the Holy Ghost.

:bg: welcome aboard Sister

Blessed One Do you think that one should post a reply to all issues when someone else has given a reply that you agree with?

Just because there is not 50 or 100 amens added to a thread does not mean that there are not 50 or 100 supporters of the sentiments delivered by the topic starter.

Time is very precious for the workers of the Messiah. We work where we are needed; we shine our light where there is darkness, we are here to give medicine to the sick we do not need to medicate the healthy. I hope to see your light on these boards so shine when you see darkness :il:

Blessings to you

Thank you Dr. for your comments.  Certainly we were told that in the latter days, many would wander from the truth, however, those who walk after the Spirit, abiding in God, remain in truth.  We stray as we begin to suppose that we are capable of doing the work of the Holy Spirit, leaning to our own wisdom to judge what is truth.  God's word is true and the mysteries therein are unlocked for the believer by the power of the Holy Spirit.  We are clearly instructed in word and by example in God's word. God is the same today as when He gave His Word.

Perhaps some may have felt that the works of Christ were flashy as He preached, healed, delivered, performing miracles in His day.  I don't really think that what others thought was a concern.  And, how the works of God being performed today appears to anyone is irrelevant.  Those concerns are fleshly.

Though my walk seems to me to be void of flash, I can be sure that it is in truth.  Not because I say so but because I abide in Him and He keeps me in truth.  I am blessed by conviction when I stray.  Praise God!  As for validating faith, God Himself provides the only validation needed.  What an AWESOME God we serve!

Blessings,

Tonia

Nope.  Lack of response wasn't my point.  There's a hunger and a passion, a fire, if you will, that I'm seeking in the bushes as I shake, shake, shake the limbs.

Too many folks come across these boards for me to think that all will respond.  Nah.  I'm new and am trying to see if I'm on the right board.  I have to watch out for toes as I dance online.  I suppose with this post, I shall find out quickly if the board's wearing dancing shoes and combat boots or if there's a great risk of stepping on, though blessed, tender toes.

Thanks for the blessings.  Back atcha  :il:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
