I have gotten sick of the Swedish christianity, the state church "the church of Sweden" was founded in the 12th century as the swedish branch of the catholic church, in the 16th century the swedish king trasformed it into a protestant church. It was good untill latter days. Now it says that there is no hell nor satan, and tey deny the end days. There are other churches to like quakers and other even more liberal ones, too liberal ones.

How do i become a genuine pastor? I want to save people and start a little society outside major citys where i and my church will get armed and await the end days.

You become a pastor by pastoring. Plain and simple. As you fulfill the Great Commission, you will find yourself doing just that! Reach the lost and disciple them, and make disciples and disciplers of them. Start with a home-based church, but do not form any "church"-like group unless you have a strong mentor behind you to assist you and to cover you with prayer. As you are obedient, God will move you into it further and further. Just seek first the kingdom of God and He will add all you need to you. He will educate you. If you decide that later you need some formal book-learning, then do it.

Well, for starters you'll probably want to get an education through a Bible College or Seminary. I know, that's not what TRULY makes a real pastor...but I honestly think it's the best place to start.

In Bible College, you'll learn lots of things about yourself and the Bible. You'll spend a lot of time studying the historical-cultural context in which the Bible was written (which is VERY important), you might even get the chance to learn Hebrew and/or Aramaic and/or Greek. You will also learn how to counsel those who come to you for counselling, how to write a sermon, etc. You'll probably develop contacts that can help you plant a church or find one to work in. There's SO much Bible College has to offer I don't know why anyone wanting to go into ministry wouldn't want to attend Bible College.

Capernwray is one European (actually, it's worldwide) Bible College that I can think of that has a base in Sweden. I had a friend who went to the one in Germany and LOVED it. However, you will want to research Bible Colleges in your area (or all over the world, if you so choose) to find the one that's right for you.

After that....well, I'd better let someone who's actually gone through the process of becoming a pastor take it from here.

i sometimes wish that anyone that is going to have a serious opinion about anything should at least have some sort of

basic biblical educational background.

A minute and a half of your time online and some cashola out of your credit card can let you put "the Rev" in front of your name, complete with certificate. I tried it once! It really works!

I can only speak to my particular denomination:

1. I attended seminary (TEDS)

2. I had an initial licensing period of 1 year where I was required to write a doctrinal paper and have it reviewed by my peers

3. I had an additional 3 year period where I refined the paper and then had to sit at an ordination council

4. I needed recommendations from other pastors, seminary professors, and lay people

Although Bible college is nice and helpful in developing your Biblical knowledge it is not always necessary if God has given you the natural ability to minister to others. Two TV evanglist that I'm aware of did not have Bible college they just started sharing what they knew about the Bible and did their best to relate to others. Those pastors if you wish to call them that are Joel Osteen and Joyce Myers.

May God bless you in your journey to become a pastor because it is not path easily traveled.

I'm sure it does...and that's actually a sad statement. Having the title doesn't equip someone to be a real pastor.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
