Revelation Chapter 6

SEAL ONE: The White Horse

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

THIS SEAL is about dominion, the false lordship of a counterfeit christ; it is about an ideology that appeals to the senses but which ensnares the heart. Instead of the liberty and freedom of the Spirit, we see here a bondage to Lucifer, the false "light of this world". This rider and horse, bright and shining, victorious, crowned with the laurel of the victor rides out confidently "to conquer". The Greek word used for "conquer" is NIKAO - this is about lordship. It means "to subdue, overcome, prevail, get the victory". It is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew BAAL, Lord!

After being converted to Christianity, Constantine put to death his wife, his son, a nephew and his wife, and had Licinius (his coemperor) and his son strangled after promising them their lives.

Constantine, who had his innocent wife accused of adultery and punished with death for the same, had a mistress of his own.

Philostorgius, besides declaring Fausta to be innocent, also wrote how Constantine's mistress had given him the three sons who succeeded him: Constantine the younger, Constantius II, and Constans. Philostorgius refers to her as an adulteress. She too was murdered:

SEAL TWO: The Red Horse

And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

the "Sword of Allah" represents the "Holy War to convert the infidel". This could be the great sword

SEAL THREE: The Black Horse

And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

The dark ages

SEAL FOUR: The Pale Horse

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Could be World war 1 could be the black death and crusades

I honestly don't believe the seals have been opened yet,

from my understanding of the seals.

seal 1. false Christ,

seal 2. great War,

Seal 3 Famine

Seal 4, Death/ sickness, disease

seal 5, martyred remnant

seal 6, earthquakes, natural disasters.

I believe it is kind of a lay out for the whole tribulation period. I don't believe it happened during the crusades. I believe the first seal starts with the anti-christ. But this is a very interesting perspective of rev 6.

Definitely interesting Josh, but I'm in agreement with your belief as shown above.

Got an interesting point there!

After being converted to Christianity, Constantine put to death his wife, his son, a nephew and his wife, and had Licinius (his coemperor) and his son strangled after promising them their lives.

Constantine, who had his innocent wife accused of adultery and punished with death for the same, had a mistress of his own.

:emot-handshake: Umm . . . you lost me here. How is Constantine missing the mark on Christianity after his "conversion" related to the white horse?

The white horse appears to be a "peaceful" conquest, not one of bloodshed.
