A watchdog organization that tracks military spending first uncovered the strange military proposal to create a hormone bomb that could purportedly turn enemy soldiers into homosexuals and make them more interested in sex than fighting. It was part of a military effort to develop non-lethal weapons. Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act reveal researchers wanted $7.5 million to develop the chemical weapon at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Edward Hammond of The Sunshine Project said, "The Ohio Air Force lab proposed that a bomb be developed that contained a chemical that would cause enemy soldiers to become gay, and to have their units break down because all their soldiers became irresistibly attractive to one another." The proposal was considered in 1994, but ultimately rejected. Wow...
