An all-male team of psychologists at Edinburgh University has discovered that there are twice as many males as females in the brightest two per cent of the population. The report also revealed that there were more male dunces - there are twice as many males as females in the least intelligent two per cent of the country. Do you agree with the report? Are there women geniuses to rival Einstein, Beethoven and Shakespeare?

OK *sits back and waits for the feathers to fly * :taped::o:o

A dunce is a person incapable of learning.

This is quite humerous since Einstein was considered a "dunce". As was Thomas Edison and many other considered geniuses of our history. :o

A person does not have to be a genius to do the job that God created them for. . . :taped:

I am very surprised at these findings as I had believed that the females in Britain had overtaken the males in achieving the highest levels within academic circles.:thumbsup::noidea:

I don't think we'll ever know who are the brightest. Sometimes the wisest and brightest are those who don't get involved with the race. Some individuals hidden away in some remote locations quietly living an ordinary life, may be the real genius's of our time.

As far as academics, we men only thought we had the corner on it because we didn't allow or encourage the women to participate. It was clever of us, but now we've been found out.

 Sounds like you and your wife have it pretty good.

I looked up the defination for genius and found this:

genius (plural: genii (classical Roman mythology) or geniuses (colloquial))

1. someone possessing extraordinary intelligence or skill

2. extraordinary mental capacity

3. inspiration, a mental leap, an extraordinary creative process

She has great intelligence because she never says no.

She has great skills, as a mentioned cooking is one of them. Then there is cleaning the house, taking care of the kids, washing the clothes, ironing, etc.

She has a great mental capacity to know just what Iam thinking and say yes dear, and not Ive got a headache.

Shes my inspiration because when the days over and she gets a good not sleep, I can look forward to tommorrows repeat performance. :24::24::24::b:

Yes, it does sound like you have a very smart wife, indeed.

And you are a genius for marrying her! :noidea:
