I would say, "Hey - that's great, because I'm not Religious too! But, I tell you something very wonderful - I have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and I love to express that by listening to this type of music. I see it as a wonderful form of worshipping God! I would explain that having a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ has nothing to do with Religion. It's about a personal relationship. Then, I would apologise if it was too loud and say that I would turn it down, but then, probably take this opportunity to tell him/her about the Lord Jesus Christ. And pray, that one day, they will not only accept Christ but be playing this type of music too! praying for you! Agreed. Besides that, America is a free country, so I'd probably kindly point them to that fact. If I have to put up with Evolution in the science books than they can put up with my music. Its only fair, no?
Guest
What if someone knocks on your door and said could you turn down the music. I'm not religious. What would you say. "What?" I'd reply. "I can't hear you, the stereo is too loud! Lemme turn it down.........." :24: I'd turn it down and apologize, them tell 'em I'm not religious either. Remember "Young Frankenstein" with Gene Wilder? Abby Normal

I'm not religious. What would you say. can not say i have ever had that happen, I can say, however, i have had some one come to my door, asking for a copy of the music i was playing (from 2 blocks away) what I was playing was Amazing Grace done with Bagpipes.... in navy housing... there was a neighbor that was blasting some nasty stuff he called music, so loud, my kids could not watch tv (could not hear the tv turned up) so I played about 30 seconds of bagpipes.... that did not change his music level, so I increased the volume to about 50% and played it for about a minute and shut it off.... again he did not stop his noise..... so I had my boys go to their room, shut the door, and plug their ears..... i cranked up the stereo to about 200 amps (max out for my amp) and then played the entire song through ( about 5 minutes) that same day, i had request for that song from at least a half dozen people........ go figure..... that was the first time and the last time i ever did that..... lol mike
