If that isn't something that would turn someone against church, I don't know what would. The church should be equipped to meet the needs of everyone in the congregation.

hummm... if my child was over 6 ft tall and weighed 225 lbs and was autistic and had no control over himself and urinated on and attacked and spit on people I would not take him to church unless special arrangements were made for him to attend as I would want to spare my brothers and sisters in Christ the "clean up" of our visit....

I think there is a lot of unknown circumstances here too ... :)

It really does not make a difference where they are, I wonder if his mother knows this?

Unfortunately Mass is part of the Catholic sacrament. In the Middle Ages priests would literally bar some members from taking the sacraments as a means of punishment.
