apart from the fact the maths you use is wrong...remember the Jewish calander 360 days..and weeks of years are also ignored...your saying that christ has already set up his miliniual kingdom.....and that satan is for this time in chans....so why is there still sin in the world????preterists do not take that into account...plus when christ comes the second time...it says in the bible THE WHOLE WORLD will know...i read nothing in my history books of Christ comming again...why...it hasn't happened...why because the Jews as a nations was only restored fully after ww2...so if this is the mil. kingdom...then where are the 10,000 saints from heaven that have come down with christ????? and for that matter when did the mark of the beast get put on peoples hands and foreheads all over the world???? you see to believe the preterist POV..you have to discount nearly all the bible...not only that you need to know nothing of history...thats the only way you'll beolieve christ has come a second time.

I would say that you have failed to see scriptural fulfillment and that is why in your opinion nothing much has been fulfilled.

I do not know if you have been reading all the things I have posted about Preterism but I have covered this questions in the postings. If you really want to know read them where you see my name. Lately I've been posting only in eschatology.

I've been working 12 to 14 hours a day hauling concrete so there is not a whole lot of time to answer questions. Maybe one thing at a time. If you really want answer from a Preterist view better go to a Preterist forum like New Jerusalem Ministries. There are some who have the time and are better then I at it.

The way I see it, it is the futurist of today will be held accountable for what happens over in Israel today if Israel becomes a nuclear wasteland.

I meant to say they also more time. As far as a nation being born in a day I would say that the Royal Priesthood and Holy nation was born in a day. It's a spiritual nation that is not seen with the eye.

If your going to resort to digs at me then at least chose something less pathetic...

but the 1948 israel becomming a prophesy fulfilled was in fact in the BIBLE read the minor prophets...which means it was some one HEBREW...but you know..i first heard of this...from an american(look if you can be childish then so can i)

seriously though...your missing 1 VITAL point...WHO GAVE THE PROPHETS THESE PROPHESIES...God...do you know what the requirements for a prophet was...read 2 deut and 2 kings...they had to be moral...they needed patience.....they wrote down very carefully word for word what was TOLD them by God.

at the end of the day...its not me your arguing against...its God...put the prophises in CONTEXT....then learn to count using the Jewish calander at that time....then put into place the Jewish custums and symbolisms that match up with the last days...and use consistency when doing so.

Ya know, I can think of another group that believes Jesus has came back already and that at least some of the verses relating to the Jews relate to them instead. That group is the Jehovah's Witnesses! I believe Jesus well spoke of the absolute absurdity of the views you hold:

Matthew 24:23 At that time, someone might say to you, 'Look, there is the Christ!' Or another person might say, 'There he is!' But don't believe them.NCV

You are telling us that Christ has already came and set up His kingdom. Looks like the Lord foresaw this nonsensical movement. Let's look at Matthew 24:27:

27 When the Son of Man comes, he will be seen by everyone, like lightning flashing from the east to the west.

So, did you see him? If you go to a Hank Williams, Jr. concert and he doesn't show up, do you say that he still showed up, but that it was in a symbolic way? You'd be thought a fool! So why do you say Jesus has returned when no one has seen Him return?
