in all honesty tho if you happen to be using windows xp you can go right click on your start menu and choose task manager then go into processes and end the ones that belong to the spyware and then remove them... you may have to do some research to find out whts whts in there tho

HUH? :D ... I know pretty much diddly squat about this stuff .. how do I find out whats what?

There are two other ways to get to your taskmanager:

1) Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete. You should get your Windows login window, with the buttons to lockdown, login, or to see your taskmanager. Click on the Taskmanager button and you're there.

2) Right-click your toolbar on the bottom of your screen. You'll get a menu. Second from the bottom, jut above Proerties, is your Taskmanager. Click and go.

You can do a Google search on XP to find out what is supposed to be running in your taskmanager. I believe that Microsoft provides a list of what should be running on a completely stripped down computer (A computer with the OS and no added programs). Or you can use Google and search for the names of what's running in your taskmanager, to find out what they are - which programs use them. Use the process of elimination to determine which program is giving you the problem.
