  1. In discussions on this forum is it appropriate to claim that something is proved, as in Is not this a statement of pride? What does it take to prove something? Is a concensus proof? In Science a Theory is not proof. And when it is finally proven to be true sometimes the theory is overturned. To offer proof is taking a position on a topic, but to claim that your proof is better than someone elses may or may not be true. The only one to judge will be the Lord in cases of Theology. No one here or anywhere in the church has an absolute corner on what is completely correct about the Bible. I bring this up because this is not appropriate to label someone as wrong - Or label someone as anything as no one can really know what someone else thinks for sure. I think it is pride for someone to claim they proved anything. So what does it mean to "PROVE" something.

  2. Agreed and if I might add Ro 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

  3. "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" Matthew 7:3 on These edifying notes I went on to the next thread As I did I wondered every word we are to account for Love, Steven I think very often the very things that bother us the most in other people are things that we are also the most guilty of. This is very apparent to me in the responses many give that attack the messanger and not the message. Labeling someone's post as nonsense or rediculous or you're wrong, really says something about the responder. Grace & Peace LT

  4. Nothing Israel can ever do will be seen as anything but wrong. The stage is being set, and it is going up quickly.

  5. Well you call it whatever you wish. The Lord worked through me to draw someone closer to himself in a way where he got all the glory. That offends you, and you want to call it unbiblical, is between you and the lord.

  9. Sometimes young children do not realize they need to attend a call to nature because they get so busy doing other things they just don't pay attention...hence occasional accidents. Or, they think they can 'hold' it. That, is why they have adults to supervise them in cases like that, mothers who know regular breaks are a good idea even when the youngster says they do not have to go Remember that the next time your child has not gone in a coon's age and tell them they need a potty break Teacher next time remember these are children. Your system is ridiculous. Just my opinion salted with some experience.
