  1. It means that Satan and his angels (the angels who sided with Satan) are not allowed access to the third heaven, ever since iniquity was found in him. The only time, thereafter, that Satan would be in the third heaven is if he is summoned there by God to appear before God. Satan and his angels's current realm is the second heaven, the first heaven, and earth. There are also some of Satan's angels in the bottomless pit.
  2. I know the Russians don't care for him. I think he has a high approval rate among his countrymen though. There is a song about him on You Tube - "Can one man save the world?" has a Ukrainian flag on the video.
  3. "Anti" can mean "against" or "instead of" - or both combined, i.e against and instead of. John 4:25 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. The term Christ (Christos) in context of the first century, is a greek adaption for the jewish word for anointed. The kings and the priests were considered anointeds. "the" messiah that the Jews back then and today are looking for is referring to one special anointed, to be descended from King David, to become the King of Israel for the messianic age. The Jews believe that the messiah will be anointed King of Israel by a known prophet. They are also expecting Elijah to come as a lead-in to the messianic age of peace and safety among other things. Following Gog/Magog event, the little horn person as the prince who shall come (from the EU) will be anointed the King of Israel, by the false prophet, who the Jews will mistake for Elijah. The Jews, many of them, think the messiah will appear following Gog/Magog. The little horn person will appear to them to be the messiah because prior to Gog/Magog he will stage the EU army in Greece to present a deterrent to the invasion (from Daniel 8:23, it says he stands up, an idiom for prepares to go to war). Although the Gog/Magog event will happen anyway, it will look to the Jews as though the little horn intended to fight the battles of God in defending Israel. The Jews get the belief of the messiah fighting the battles of God in defending Israel from one of their most well-known theologians - the RamBam. So following God's supernatural destruction of the Russian/Muslim coalition, the little horn on the pretext of keeping peace in the region (remember peace and safety, a hallmark the Jews are expecting of the messiah) will bring his EU army into the middle-east. Actually, what he will really be interested in is securing all the oil in the region for the EU. Once anointed the King of Israel - that's what makes him officially the Antichrist. Is there someone right now, such a candidate? A Jew ? Who has established himself as a world known politician (also a requirement of the Rambam) and with military leadership and is opposed to Russian military activity? Yes, there is. Zelensky of Ukraine, which Ukraine has been put fast-track by the EU to become a full member state. Can't say for certain. Will have to wait and see if Zelensky becomes the leader over a group of ten EU leaders (the ten horn kings and the ten kings of Daniel 7).
  4. In obituaries, it is common that when someone dies, like a woman for example, it will say somthing like - she is "survived" by two daughters and a son, and her husband of fifty years. Paul is not saying survive the great tribulation. If you continue in 1Thessalonians to the next chapter, the rapture/resurrection event is repeated, in verses 10-11. With the timing to be before the beginning of the day of the Lord, when God's wrath will be poured out during the great tribulation. 1Thessalonians5: 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do. Our salvation will be complete when our bodies are redeemed into incorruptible, immortal bodies.
  5. The 70 weeks of Daniel 9 are determined upon Daniel's people and the city of Jerusalem. Daniel 9:24. The church, the body of Christ, may or may not be here on earth, after the 7oth week begins. But the rapture/resurrection must be before the Antichrist goes into the temple, sits, claims to have achieved God-hood - triggering the day of Christ. Thus, the rapture/resurrection can be "anytime" between right this very second and that event.
  6. Do you mean that the new covenant in Jeremiah 31:31 would not only be with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah - that it would also include Gentiles ? Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: ---------------------------------- Israel will turn to Jesus in the middle of the 70th week, in Revelation 12:10 - after the 1260 days of Revelation 12:6, but before the time/times/half time in Revelation 12:14. The point of my post is that the timeline of events for the 70th week is derived from... the time expressions + the evolving changes of the little horn person.
  7. @SACREDWARRIOR There are three different time expressions in bible prophecy that will take place in the 7 year 70th week of Daniel 9:27. They fall either within the first half or second half. Combined with the evolving stages of the little horn person> then as the prince who shall come>then as the the Antichrist> then as the revealed man of sin/ then as the beast - - a person can get a proper perspective of how events will unfold. The fundamental eschatological events formula is... time expressions + evolving changes of the little horn person. first half 1260 days, Revelation 11:3, Revelation 12:6 second half 42 months, Revelation 11:2, Revelation 13:5 3 1/2 days, Revelation 11:9 time, times, half time, Revelation 12:14, Daniel 7:25, Daniel 12:7
  8. The 2Thessalonians2:4 act will be the transgression of desolation act referred to in Daniel 8:12-13, as the time of end event, Daniel 8:27, by the person called the little horn. It is also in Ezekiel 28:1-10, as what gets the person killed for that audacious act. The abomination of desolation is something else. It will be the statue image of the person after he becomes the beast in Revelation 13. That statue image will be "set up" (as it says in Daniel 12:11) on the temple mount, the holy place, as Jesus said in Matthew 24:15. It will be the signal for them in Judaea to flee to the mountains without delay.
  9. The individual in question cannot be muslim because to become the Antichrist, mistakened false messiah by the Jews for awhile, he will have to be a Jew and his religion Judaism. I am watching Zelenski as "maybe" the person. And the Yanuka - Shlomo Yehuda - as maybe the false prophet and/or future high priest, when the Jews begin doing animal sacrifices again on the temple mount. Go to Gematrix.org site and type in "Shlomo Yehda" leaving out the "u". See what you get.
  10. Matthew 24:29, I think is the sixth seal event. Then in the next verse Matthew 24:30 are two actions... (1) the sign of the Son of Man in heaven - which I think is the climax of the seal seal event. (2) Then, Jesus coming in power and great glory - which I think happens 45 days after the sixth seal event. During the 45 days, the kings of the earth assemble their armies to make war on Jesus. Matthew 24:31, I think the gathering of the elect is the gathering of every single last one of the house of Israel remaining in the nations back to the land of Israel. This is based on a promise made in Deuteronomy 30:1-6.
  11. I agree the center of action will be in Israel, Jerusalem in particular. Satan will be worshiped when he incarnates the statue image of the beast person on the temple mount, making it appear to come alive and speaks.
  12. The earthquake following the calling up of the two witnesses is not just before Jesus Returns, but is just after the mid-point of the 7 years. The global earthquake of the 7th vials of God's wrath, a the cities of the nations fall. Differently, in the Revelation 11 earthquake, a tenth part of the city of Jerusalem falls.
  13. No, two different earthquakes. The Revelation 16:18 earthquake is global and is part of the 7th vial wrath of God event. The 2 witnesses are already resurrected before Jesus returns. The resurrection of the great tribulation martyrs is after Jesus returns.
  14. Jesus will have already returned to earth, and the beast and the false prophet cast into the lake of fire, and Satan into the bottomless pit - before the great tribulation martyrs are brought back to life in Revelation 20:4. The two witnesses are called up at an earlier time. And their event in Revelation 11 is not part of the great tribulation martyr group resurrection... because Jesus is not returned to earth at the time the two witnesses are called up.
  15. Daniel 9:24 (KJV) 24 "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people (the children of Israel) and upon thy holy city (Jerusalem), (1) to finish the transgression, and (2) to make an end of sins, and (3) to make reconciliation for iniquity, and (4) to bring in everlasting righteousness, and (5) to seal up the vision and prophecy, and (6) to anoint the most Holy." The 70th week is to seal up the vision and prophecy that Daniel had in Daniel 8 about the time of the end little horn person who will be broken by Jesus in Daniel 8:25. Daniel 9:21 - Gabriel, who Daniel had seen in the vision Daniel 9:23 - Gabriel tells Daniel to consider the vision Daniel 9:24 - to seal up the vision and prophecy the daily animal sacrifices must be in place. the daily animal sacrifices will be stopped from daily animal sacrifices until the time of the end little horn's demise - 2300 days. In the vision about the time of the end little horn - the temple will be desecrated, before being cleansed of those things desecrating it. From Revelation, namely, the beast, the false prophet and Satan.
  16. What I think the falling away in 2Thessalonians2:3 will be - is the prince who shall come, following the Gog/Magog event, into the middle east and Israel - will be perceived by Israel as their long awaited messiah. Their arguments and promotion of the person will be very convincing to numerous Christians - that they will depart their faith in Jesus. On my chart, the falling away would be during the false messianic age. The peace and safety delusion the world will have at that time will be shattered when the Antichrist, king of Israel (phony) messiah, commits the Transgression of Desolation (ToD) act of 2Thessalonians2:4. Which that act triggers the beginning of the Day of the Lord. So, imo, the two things that Paul cited in 2Thessalonians2:3-4 as leading into the beginning of the Day of the Lord, go hand-n-hand.
  17. We are in the end times. I would put the events to happen in terms of Pre-70th week, and 70th week. The 70th week will begin right after the Gog/Magog event. one liner sequence of events: Pre-70th week: 1. little horn becomes leader of a ten leader european coalition. 2. Gog/Magog takes place and Gog's army destroyed 3. the little horn moves his EU army into the middle east as peace keepers. 4. little horn is anointed the king of Israel messiah, making him the Antichrist. 70th week: 1. confirmation of the Mt. Sinai covenant, day 1, 70th week. 2. a false messianic age 3. the transgression of desolation act 4. antichrist killed and brought back to life to become the beast 5. the abomination of desolation set up 6. the great tribulation and tribulation of those days 7. the sign of the Son of man in heaven 8. armies gather at Armageddon 45 days to make war on Jesus 9. Jesus returns, and destroys those armies.
  18. God is so far beyond our ability to grasp Him, we can only handle a limited degree of understanding. But yes, I agree with you that Jesus has alway been God. In regards to creation, of everything, Jesus said he came forth from the Father. Jesus also said no one truly knows the Father but the Son (Jesus). In 1Corinthains15:47, in comparison with Adam, the first man, as originating from the earth, Jesus is said to be the second man, being the Lord from heaven. So if we put all those things together, it appears to me as the first thing God (beyond our understanding) did was to come forth from Himself in a form that everything He would then create could perceive Him. That form is the Lord from heaven. Who Jesus is - is the Lord from heaven who entered this world, taking on the likeness of man, in order to save us from the penalty of our sins, having no sin of himself, which he could be an atonement for us; which when we see him as He is, He will be in His glory . Yes, Jesus is God, and has always been God.
  19. I hear you. 1948 looked like a good base year based on Israel being the fig tree, and Jack Van Impe was projecting 2018 with the 7 years beginning in 2011. He was also saying that Juan Carlos of Spain was the Antichrist. Well, 2011 came and went, and no confirming of the covenant for 7 years. As well as 2018. I also remember, like you, about Henry Kissinger being said to be the Antichrist. I can only speak for myself, but I understand a lot more about than I did back then. Mostly, back then I was influenced by popular commentators like Jack Van Impe and others. I never listen to any of them any more because for one thing most are off on what the confirmation of the covenant for 7 years is. All of them are going to say a peace treaty involving Israel. Which it is not, but a big speech from the temple mount by the Antichrist following Gog/Magog, at which time he will have the law read to nation of Israel- a requirement by Moses in Deuteronomy 31:9-13, to be done on a 7 year cycle. Jesus did give the parable of the fig tree generation for a reason. And in spite of past failures by others, I am sticking with my current belief of not later than 2037. And the 7 years beginning not later than the end of 2030. One thing I don't do on any of my charts is to give calendar dates - because there is no way of knowing those.
  20. I agree that verse Luke 21:28 is referring to the rapture. In Matthew 24:15-31, Jesus expanded on those verses of Luke 21:25-27, to include the great tribulation, as when to look up our redemption draws near. Jesus gave Christians the parable of the fig tree generation, in order to know what generation by observing the fig tree in its first budding. The key though is to know what the fig tree represents. Since Jesus cursed a fig tree beside the road before entering Jerusalem, knowing that he would be rejected, and the kingdom of God taken from that generation - to be given to a future generation of the nation Israel - it can be concluded that the fig tree is Jerusalem. 1967 + 70 years for a generation = 2037 no later than that Jesus will return in power and great glory. My rapture timing view is a window between today and the beginning of the Day of Lord. The Day of the Lord triggered by the Antichrist going in to the temple committing the transgression of desolation ToD act. Which that act will also end the peace and safety delusion of the false messianic age (on chart 2). I show these two charts a lot, because with just these two, a person can understand a lot about the events of the 7 year 70th week. It takes two charts because only one chart would be too congested with information. The first chart shows all of the time-term components given in Revelation. i.e the 1260 days, the 3 1/2 days, the 42 months, the time/times/half time, the war in the 2nd heaven (undisclosed) time. The second chart shows the great tribulation and the tribulation of those days of Matthew 24. At present, I don't know for certain who the Antichrist person is (although I have my suspensions that it may be Zelensky), nor who the ten leaders are that he will be over.
  21. I don't have any disagreement that Matthew 24:13 the concept is to endure to the end - in the context that verse was being given.
  22. In Deuteronomy 30:1-6, referring to the children of Israel, not the church, is the gathering of the elect from one end of heaven to the other of Matthew 24:31. 1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, 2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; 3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. 4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: 5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. 6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. _____________________________________________________________________________ The gathering of the elect, the whole house of Israel, from the nations is also in Ezekiel 39:28, Jesus Himself speaking in the text having returned to this earth... 27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations; 28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
