  1. The scariest thing that I have ever seen was "A Haunting" on the Discovery channel. The stories are dramatized and most likely exaggerated interpretations of true stories. One was about a house haunted by many child ghosts and a dad ghost. Most of the other ones were about a demon possessing a person or house. I've seen 3 all the way through. In a way I feel like I did learn something about ghosts/demons. 1. By my theory ghosts are the souls of dead people who can't accept the fact that they are dead, they reside in hell but Satan allows them to torment people in the physical world. 2. Demons are more powerful and are usually there because someone summoned them. 3. In the show, a psychic said that Demons feed off of our anger and fear, it makes them stronger. 4. Also, Demons can summon more Demons. At the same time, I never want to watch another scary show or movie again.
  2. well I would say islam is killing christians now; later it will get worse as they over populate places. I think they are the antichrist. I agree coheir, as I said earlier, my guess is that the Prophet Muhammad was the anti-Christ. Or at-least, created the religion that the future anti-Christ will follow.
  3. I have a theory that the Prophet Muhammad was the Anti-Christ. But I haven't done enough research about Muhammad to know for sure. He certainly does have a false religion and a church. Islam is trying to destroy the foundation of Christianity and take over the world by birthrate and force. If Muhammad wasn't the anti-Christ it would seem that the anti-Christ would be a follower of Islam. Some have claimed that the anti-Christ is Obama, but I am skeptical.
  4. This level of ignorance is scary.
  5. It seems like police are becoming more and more like terrorists.
  6. Its hard to imagine Jesus in hell, If I'm not mistaken hell is the complete absence of God, his presence is not there. However, just before Jesus died he cried "lord, lord, why have you forsaken me?" So, either God couldn't bear to witness his sons final moments, or, he knew that Jesus would have to go to hell and be apart from God. Jesus going to hell paints a much more tragic picture. Jesus going to heaven paints a much more peaceful picture.

    not guilty

I have a feeling that if Treyvon Martin was white, this whole story wouldn't get half the attention that it is getting.
  8. I can't think of a reason why cops would be needed in order to solve an every-day elementary or middle school problem. Can't the teachers or the administrators handle this?
  9. http://intellihub.com/2013/07/13/a-list-of-19-children-recently-arrested-for-trivial-things/ This is a list of 19 children who were arrested for things that are trivial. Make no mistake, cops are now officially terrorists in my book.
  10. If I remember correctly, when Adam and Eve sinned, they allowed death into the world. Would that mean that living organisms before that wouldn't die?
  11. I never really believed in global heating. I always thought it was just propaganda so that the government could do the whole carbon tax thing. But if anything it would be nature.
  12. More than I year ago I went through a very bad manic-depressive episode. I don't want to go into details but I was prescribed 300mg of Ceroquil. That was far too much and since then I have gotten it down to 30mg. I am bipolar as well as an insomniac, 30mg of Ceroquil seems to do the trick but I always wonder if I will ever get off of it.
  13. I do think that Satan knows much about us. He watches us and tries to find our weaknesses. I believe that a demon could, in extreme cases, plant thoughts into your head. Sort of like a vision. Or even show up in our dreams (nightmares). He would want us to believe that he can read our minds but I don't believe that he can do that.
  14. "The true way to test a man's character is to give him power". Those aren't my words someone else said that but I don't know who. You see guys, the money is ok and good, it pays the bills, and buys food for eating. But we have to remember that if we have a lot of it we can tend to get caught up in money. It is just as Isaiah said. Money is an object just like a brick. You can use the brick to bash someone or you can use the brick to bash a guy who is attacking an orphanage. You could also use many bricks to build a prison and force innocent people into that prison. Or you could use those bricks to build that very same prison and put criminals behind bricks for good. Either way, the streets have less people. Those bricks could also be used to make the Berlin wall all over again which could separate families and friends from one another. But, the bricks could be formed into a powerful wall used to keep enemies at bay. Its your choice and your choice matters. God understands our choices.
  15. All true Christians are God's chosen people. Right now America is leading toward Atheism.
  16. When we reject God, we tend to act as though we are God.
  17. Da Servant this is just a misunderstanding. You see, these guys are training to help out in a rescue scenario during a natural disaster. That's why they have guns and tanks, the ideal tools for helping those trapped on rooftops, or trapped under rubble.
  18. http://pro.stansberryresearch.com/1304EOAPWAUP/PPSIP610/ The following presentation points out that an Economic collapse is inevitable for Americans. All we can do now is pray. The government is aware of this collapse and they are preparing for riots. They are preparing to go to war on the American people.
  19. I would love to put a vegetarian or vegan who forces their way of life onto others on an island for a week. They would soon realize that they would have to kill an animal in order to eat and survive. The word vegetarian is actually a Native American phrase that means "bad hunter". Humans are omnivores, a healthy balance of meat and vegetables is the best possible diet for us. I like what WillowWood pointed out about how his vegan friend thinks that his belief could end world hunger. That's exactly the type of things that people with extremist views who try to force their views on others want to believe "If only everyone were like me, then the world would be a better place".
  20. Right now America is on a downhill slope. In 1945 we were at the top, just after we helped to defeat Hitler. Then, we decided to start getting involved in everyone's business, The Korean war, The Vietnam war, Iraq, Afghanistan. We have over a hundred military bases in other countries. We are just like any other empire that was once considered to be the strongest in the world. We decided to over-extend ourselves and claim that what isn't ours is because we can. Now, we are on are way down. And we deserve it. Almost 17trillion in debt and counting as well printing money to pay for our debt. Many governments have tried this and all of their economies collapsed as a result. I would say that America is much like the Titanic, big, egotistical, we see the 17trillion dollar debt as though it were an iceberg and say, "lets just keep spending, we're un-sinkable." Every citizen is aware of the debt but no one seems to talk about what we should do about it. Instead, we concern ourselves with issues such as abortion and gay-marriage. As if the right to kill an unborn child and the right to choose our sexual preference could possibly compare to the wave of suffering that we are soon to endure as a result of our own ignorance. But worst of all, we have forsaken God. Atheism is growing as we say "we don't need God, we have our own understanding as well as science". Some go as far as to demand that "in God we trust" should be taken off of the dollar bill. How fitting, because by the time that could happen the dollar will have lost its value. Both metaphorically and economically. Our country was founded by Christians, Christians who had enough foresight to predict that a tyrannical government would someday plague their sacred land known as America. They wrote a constitution, a bill of rights, and wanted every American to know that we should never stand for this kind of treatment. This is the way the world works, Christians build something up, non-Christians pull it down as they try to make it their own. God showered blessings upon American time and time again in the past, but now its time to put up or shut up. Are you with him or against him? There are only 2 choices.
  21. But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 2 Peter 3:8
  22. Sigh... where do I start...? Evolution has nothing to do with the Big Bang. Stephen Hawking is a physicist not an evolutionary biologist. Hawking also knows that space and time come into existence together he just doesn't think God is the cause. Please get your facts straight. Thanks That doesn't mean that we shouldn't try. I'm not saying that we shouldn't try, I was merely trying to point out that such issues as the origin of the universe I feel are topics that are beyond human comprehension.
  23. I feel like one of the major problems In America is not our access to guns but our view on guns. Here, it is relatively easy to buy a firearm so long as you don't have a bad criminal record. The problem is our view on guns, many people are afraid to own a gun because of the news. Many people say "why would I ever need a gun" then, when someone breaks into their house all of a sudden security is a big issue. Many people can go from gun control supporters to NRA members by the single pull of a trigger. By that I mean they support gun control, shoot a gun, realize how fun it is, then demand that their second amendment rights not be stepped upon. Weather you support or oppose gun control we all want the same thing, less shootings, less violent crimes. The truth is that we could have all of these things without touching our gun laws. We need a better justice system that puts dangerous criminals behind bars longer. Many people point out how England has less crime than America and also has strict gun-control policies. Well, that's because their justice system works. Whenever the Media reports another shooting they keep saying things like "we're better than this" or "when will we learn". They want to convince us that taking away our guns is the correct solution. Well, when gun supporters offer a different solution, such as allowing teachers to conceal carry on school property so that they can play an active role in protecting the students, they say "well that's idiotic and dangerous" instead of considering the solution with an open mind. In other words, they plea for a solution to the violence but when the solution that is proposed isn't gun control they immediately shoot it down. The only people who are truly afraid of guns are criminals. You know, politicians who want more control over the people. Most of them have bodyguards and some even ride around in armored vehicles with military-level protection at all times. Do you think they worry about a kid with a 9mm shooting them up? Here is a well written article If you want further reading. To summarize, it takes the 10 most popular arguments for gun control and proves that they are no more than just myths. http://people.duke.edu/~gnsmith/articles/myths.htm
