  1. @Debp - It wasn't just the last supper. There was the golden calf and the pale horse of death from the book of Revelation. I didn't see it, but after hearing of it, I googled it all for myself to make sure I was hearing the truth. It is sickening to me. As for France being judged - France has BEEN under the judgment of God as evidenced by the Muslims that have overrun the country and the number of Mosques. This craziness at the Olympics is just proof that God has possibly taken his hand off of them long since. It's like America. Christians cannot SEE how we have been under the judgment of God since at least 1992. The tens of millions of abortions, the rise and approval of homosexuality, the overwhelming rise of progressive Christianity which is not real Christianity. They don't believe Jesus saves or NEEDS to save, they don't believe in hell, or sin. They just believe in social justice as good works. Christians who go to church on Sunday mornings and stay at home on Sunday nights to watch the pornographic Game of Thrones. Rape and incest as entertainment. Just read Romans 1 - especially starting with verse 18. You will see what being under the judgment of God is all about and how it is EXACTLY what France, America, and the rest of the world is all about right now.
  2. Yes, it was her old sorority. It was a 5-day fundraiser. The TV showed her at it. I feel that if it were 5 days, she could have told them, "I'll be there, but on such-and-such day, I'll have to be in Congress for a couple of hours."
  3. J.D. Vance didn't show up either. His spokesperson said he had things to do as the nominee for Vice President. If I wanted Kamala Harris's job and saw that she was blatantly not doing it in terms of presiding over Congressional meetings as she is supposed to do, I would make SURE I was there, I was seen, I was photographed, I was videoed. It was his ideal time to prove he could do her job better than she.
  4. It makes me mad. That's her JOB as Vice President to preside over the Senate and attend these meetings. I know exactly why she didn't attend. She leans Palestinian. She said she would talk to him later. Other left-leaning Congress men and women boycotted and said so. J.D. Vance's spokesperson said he had "stuff to do as Vice-President nominee". If I were J.D. Vance and I wanted to be the Vice-President and I saw that she was not doing her job - wild horses would not have kept me away from the meeting. I would show everyone that I was ready to move into her spot. We know her stance towards Israel. What is his?
  5. Oh, I see. Now I understand who I am talking to. Good day.
  6. I don't get it. Ya'll are surprised that she supports homosexuality?
  7. The way she is going? Democrats are giddy and giggly with excitement over her because they KNEW Biden was inept and ill. Let her participate in a debate. The honeymoon will be over soon.
  8. I felt she would. I knew Biden would NOT fire her. In fact, he wrote a "nice" letter about her. I was convinced she would be gone when AOC was in agreement with Republicans.
  9. Yes, Sturgeon's law prevails. Just one question. You said, "women are more promiscuous than ever". Doesn't that mean men are more promiscuous than ever, too?
  10. It's painful to watch even though I feel she needs to be taken to the "woodshed". She is not answering questions very well. "I don't know. I'll have to get back to you on that. I'm the best person for this job." Oh, dear. Don't watch it. It's brutal.
  11. I'm still pondering, too. One has to ask the question, "Who is running the country? Who has BEEN running the country?" It's not Harris. I think it's Pelosi/Obama.
  12. No, I have never noticed that. Lukewarmness is a matter of the heart, not the skin. I could give testimony of Christians with no tattoos who are pitiful. Methinks you are a bit biased as you opposed tattoos. That's your right to believe that. But you have carried it too far.
  13. I realize that this too, shall pass. What bothers me more than anything is Christians who believe him to be "anointed" and "consecrated" and without error. I hurt because so many Christians don't understand that we are under the judgment of God. I cannot vote for Kennedy because as I heard him say, he does not oppose post-birth abortion. He just gave the mantra the left is giving, "That's between a woman and her doctor."
  14. I can't confirm that this is the truth. Only what is on his Twitter.
  15. Anihoam's son was David's first born son - so that makes her status ahead of the other women. It just breaks my heart that David had multiple wives as Deuteronomy 17:17 gives the command for kings NOT to have multiple wives. And his son, Solomon followed his lead and had 1000 wives and concubines and it ruined him spiritually.
  16. I hear this a LOT. "We are not voting for a pastor." One lady told me, "We are not voting for a dentist." What that says to me is that because we are not looking for a preacher that the person we want to be in the White House can be a scoundrel, a liar, a sexual deviant, or anything he wants to be - just as long as he is Republican. That makes no sense to me. I, relunctantly, will be voting for Trump. But it going to take a large chunk out of my soul. You see, my belief is that America has been under the judgment of God since 1992 - Bill Clinton. We are an evil and wicked people. The abortion, the trafficking, the lying, the trillions of dollars in debt, the billion dollar porn industry, the crazy and skyrocketing divorce and adultery rate, the churches falling apart, and Christians who participate in all of these things. We are getting what we deserve. We DESERVE Donald Trump. And not in a good way.
  17. Let me make sure I understand you, Debp. You are a very nice person and I appreciate many of your posts. Are you saying that God spared his life and therefore we cannot question anything he says or does?
  18. This "sorrow" is about being sorry for your sins. Read the whole context - verses 8-12. Paul is talking about his other letter he wrote them bringing them conviction and thereby sorrow. He explains that there is a difference between Godly sorrow and worldly sorrow. And there is. Godly sorrow will change you and make you a different person. You will repent and live a new life. Just plain old worldly sorrow just makes you feel remorse. "Feeling" remorse doesn't necessary change you at all. Just ask Judas. He was very sorry he betrayed Jesus. He gave the money back. But all he did was kill himself. He never repented.
  19. I find it rubbish. And I am seeing this all over Facebook. God did not shoot Aaron in the ear. What happened to Aaron and Donald Trump cannot be compared. Aaron and his sons had to present a ram for a sacrifice and place their hands on it. Moses slaughtered it and put some of the blood on the right ear, right thumb, and right big toe. Then, blood from the ram was splattered on the altar and portions of the ram were burned. This was after the first anointing with oil and dressing in the holy garments. If some are claiming that this Levitical passage is pointing to Trump as God's anointed - holy and consecrated, I cannot agree. IF Donald Trump were somehow connected to Aaron, I have to ask: 1. Where is the anointing oil? 2. Where were the holy garments? 3. Where was the sacrifice? 4. Where was "Moses"? 5. Where was the altar?
  20. Just my understanding after years of Bible study. The Bridegroom is Jesus Christ. He is coming back for his church. Jesus used this idea as a parable as people understood the man getting married, a bridegroom, coming in the night for his bride. The 5 wise virgins with the oil are true believers. They have their lamps AND enough oil to keep them lit in anticipation for the Bridegroom. It took the Bridegroom in the parable a LONG TIME to get there and they fell asleep. True Christians waiting on Christ's return may find it a long time coming. BUT, they must keep the faith going. Obeying the Holy Spirit, reading the Bible, praying, congregating with other Christians, finding private time to be alone with God, doing his will, and so much more. The 5 foolish virgins are either non-believers or fake Christians - who think they are saved but are not. They have their lamps. But NO oil and it takes them by surprise when the bridegroom finally comes. So many people sit on a church pew or help old ladies across the street or put money in the offering plate or take communion or help build a school or hospital or pay for a friend's groceries. And they truly believe that his makes them heaven-bound. Good works. Good deeds. These come AFTER salvation. They do not save. How many people believe themselves going to heaven because they are "good people", but they do not KNOW Christ. And as the parable ends, the Bridegroom says to them as they are begging to get into the wedding - "I don't know you."
  21. Director KImberly Cheatle. She lied a big ol' lie.
  22. .............
  23. These "gods" aren't real. That's why the Bible teaches over and over that there are no gods, but God.
  24. No, he is not correct. Here's what the Bible says: [1] Deuteronomy 6:4 = “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one." [2] 1 Timothy 2:5 = "For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus..." [3] Isaiah 44:6 = "Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: “I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god." [4] John 17:3 = "And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." [5] Isaiah 43:10 = “You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me."
