About Me

I am a Christian who started walking with the Lord late in life. I am 62 But feel 35. I guess because I ride a bike lift weights and do power yoga. Fitness is super important remember we are mind body and spirit. We need to take care of it all. I am single have a grown daughter. I love our country but think we are now a post Christian country.
