And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.”– Genesis 9:3 From the moment man rejected God's rule he was doomed to labor amongst thistles for his nourishment. And all that lives may be food for man. All that is food for man also has need of water just as man needs water for the organized raising of food crops. Water and a shorage of it, perhaps in some cases a shortage due to man's development of the lands that has affected his localized climate, and thus adversely affected rainfall. ______ How many labor directly in order to obtain their "daily bread"? How many can if pressed start their own "victory garden? How many carefully tend their own water supply and use? _______ Please share of projects that have been, and perhaps still are, helpful to you personally in obtaining and utilizing your own food supply. He testifies to the unilateral move of then Soviet Union to leave East Germany (and Berlin) after receiving the unwritten promise that NATO would not take one step closer to the Soviet Union Borders. The present moves of the USA executive branch seem to be right out of RFK Jr's 2024 promises made as part of his 2024 presidential campaign of how he would resolve the Ukraine - Russia war. The soviet union ( Russia) has been invaded many times (7) at least three times the invasion came through Ukraine; and so Russia of today does fear advances that come from that direction. NATO has expanded it's nation membership, and has done so more than once in the direction of Russia's borderline p.s. From BBC News: The Trump administration is immediately pulling $400m (£310m) of federal funding from Columbia University, saying it failed to fight antisemitism on campus. A statement by four federal agencies said the funding cut was due to "continued inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students". The New York college was the epicentre of pro-Palestinian protests on college campuses last year against war in Gaza and US support for Israel. Earlier this week, President Trump had threatened to pull funding from schools and universities that allow "illegal protests". Secretary of Education Linda McMahon said in Friday's statement that Jewish students on campus who had been the victims of "relentless violence, intimidation, and antisemitic harassment on their campuses" were "ignored" by university authorities. "Today, we demonstrate to Columbia and other universities that we will not tolerate their appalling inaction any longer," she said. A spokesman for Columbia told the BBC that the university is reviewing the announcement, and pledged to work with the government to restore its federal funding. "We take Columbia's legal obligations seriously and understand how serious this announcement is and are committed to combating antisemitism and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, faculty and staff," she said. Columbia is one of the most prestigious universities in the US and has about 30,000 students. Its famous Morningside Heights campus is on the west side of Manhattan. Last year, the Ivy League university saw some of the largest and most tense campus demonstrations in the US as students protested against Israel's military operation in Gaza. From BBC: US President Donald Trump has said he is finding it "more difficult, frankly, to deal with Ukraine" than Russia in attempts to broker peace between the two nations. The US is "doing very well with Russia", and "it may be easier dealing with" Moscow than Kyiv, Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on Friday. Hours earlier, Trump had said he was "strongly considering" large-scale sanctions and tariffs on Russia until a ceasefire with Ukraine was reached. Meanwhile, the US has temporarily suspended Ukraine's access to some satellite imagery, space technology company Maxar told BBC Verify, after Trump had already paused military aid to the country. It comes exactly one week after an extraordinary White House exchange, in which Trump berated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for being "disrespectful" to the US. That public dressing-down was followed this week by Trump pausing all US military aid and intelligence-sharing with Kyiv. Russia then conducted a large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure on Thursday night. Trump's threat of further sanctions on the already heavily sanctioned Russia was apparently in response to this attack. He said he was considering new tariffs because "Russia is absolutely 'pounding' Ukraine on the battlefield right now". But within hours, Trump said Russian President Vladimir Putin was acting as anyone else would. "I think he's hitting them [Ukraine] harder than he's been hitting them," Trump said. The Americans want Zelensky to sign a deal that would give them a major stake in Ukrainian minerals, and for him to agree to a quick truce with Moscow. Zelensky has been pushing for firm security guarantees for Kyiv, to be agreed as part of the deal. Speaking on Friday, Trump said such a security guarantee could be discussed later and would be the "easy part". Meanwhile, space technology company Maxar told BBC Verify on Friday that the US had temporarily suspended Ukrainian access to some high quality imagery from US satellites. Satellite imagery is an important tool during a war as it allows armies to gather intelligence on their rivals. Maxar, a US-based company, has contracts to provide satellite imagery to various governments and companies. One of those is the Global Enhanced GEOINT Deliver (GEGD) program, which gives users access to high quality imagery collected by the US government. "The US government has decided to temporarily suspend Ukrainian accounts in GEGD," Maxar told the BBC. "Each customer makes their own decisions on how they use and share that data." The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, part of the US Department of Defense, confirmed the suspension was "in accordance with the administration's directive on support to Ukraine".

What happens if a litigant doesn't "voluntarily" give up their Crypto currency to the US feds? And if they do, who owns the potential (value) increase that may accrue if there is any? Will the government be able to remember it's account password and keep it secret? ??? Could get pretty interesting over time.

Is it even possible to confiscate cyber currencies? ??? I have thought that to be one of the draws for crypto currency, that it is secure from such confiscation, or simple theft. Though; hacks of Crypto mining systems have evidently stolen much value from individual accounts already. Jesus the redeemer, the passover lamb of God, the propitiation for the sin of those foreknown to God to be predestined to be with him for eternity forward. Some 25 percent of the Bible deals with money yet finance is not the focus of the inspired collection of scriptures, epistles, and writings of wisdom, Jesus is.

Seems to me God has given us record within the Bible, as far back in times as Genesis, with Egypt especially, that he does just that. He creates at least some individuals just for that purpose. Whether it is perceived as for good or bad is up to the beholder I suppose. Personally I think it is all of God for the serving of his good purpose(s), and that man is obliged to do as Job asked of his wife, are we not to accept evil as well as good and then give thanks to God in all matters whether we find them to be good or bad (for us) at the time? Reference Job 2 It is often enough the very failure(s) of leaders that is used to reveal the awesome might of God as well as His demand to follow His instruction exactly, with great care, and not instead as one may decide is the way things should be.

What is so wrong about that? Do not leaders of countries use social media almost by the hour these days? Are they not trying to manipulate people ( Influence them) to support and cheer on their leadership efforts? Seems to me that half the population on earth is trying to be an "influencer" today, all in hopes of some personal gain in either financial or social status. That includes posters on Christian message boards. Nothing wrong with it, each of us has a brain and makes use of it to our own best advantage.

Hi all, Fortunately God brings down governments as well as raising them up, and does the same with individual rulers. All to serve out his good purpose(s). To me it is interesting a guidance for all today to include remembering the extreme evil of a man that ruled much of the world mentioned within the Bible at the time of Paul's missionary Journeys. All during that incredible time Paul was kept focused upon our Lord Jesus by the Holy Spirit of God to give testimony, not of any man's doings so much, but instead of Jesus who is God, all for the good purpose(s) of God that many may have received and become testimony of the light, of the way, of the truth, from God as inspired by the Holy Spirit. To that end I suggest it is as important or even more important to keep focus upon the first love of Christians. Which is? Jesus of course.
