  1. Well, now that we have at least one righteous Christian on SCOTUS this decision may turn in our favor. Let's pray so. What a blatant act of religious discrimination. Disgusting! If this was a daycare owned and operated by homosexuals, sponsored by GLAAD, with their recruiting arm GLSEN as part of the curriculum, bet this would have never made news. Because the funding would have been there without question. As would be the case most assuredly if this was a madrasah.
  2. A McDonald's employee should be $50 thousand dollars richer for the reward that was offered on this killer. Steve Stephens had a hankering for chicken Mcnuggets and that's what ended it all. I admire the composure of the employee asking him to pull forward because it would take a moment for the chicken to be ready. Then they called the cops. Very brave. At least people don't have to worry about his going crazy and killing someone else on live stream. His last victim was himself. Rest the soul of Mr.Godwin.
  3. In the new covenant we are still bound to obey God's moral laws. Remember, Jesus repeated much of the ten commandments when he was asked what of the law applies. There are over 600 laws of God in the Jewish tradition. Not all of those pertain to Christians because we are not Jews. But the moral law, how we see God, how we conduct ourselves, do not steal, murder, etc...., does. Be aware that there will be a branch of people in the world that will tell you the moral precepts, the 10 commandments of God given to Moses on the mountain do not apply. I've found I can't reason with that therefore I avoid that. Because they're telling me they're happily immoral . As is their right to be. The text in Leviticus tells us also that God is not a warm fuzzy anything goes liberal God. If we're to follow his example I think we owe it to that idea to be scrupulously discerning in how we comport ourselves in the world. Researching how the written word came to be as the new testament for Christians is vital. As is using our God given common sense and intellect. God bless. Hope that helps.
  4. God bless you for this. Especially the first sentence. Amen! In the wake of horrific tragedy the assault continues upon those slaughtered by intolerant evil who wish all Christians dead. The enemy of many faces in many places will always hate us. Thank you again. Well said.
  5. A great reminder indeed. Sad it doesn't garner as much attention as that which seeks to incite hate among the faithful. But it is as God ordains. Thank you for posting this brother.
  6. Yes, the Holy Spirit of God enters the person as soon as they accept Jesus on faith as their Savior. They are then sealed with that Holy Spirit at Baptism. As we are to take and understand from the story of John the Baptist. He Baptized Jesus and the Holy Spirit of God descended from Heaven upon Jesus. And God said from the Heavens, this was his Son in whom God was well pleased. That entire example shared in the scriptures as it happened is to inform the faithful too. Isn't it glorious? Praise God.
  7. Bless her soul. I don't know if I'd want to live 117 years but what history she would have lived through. Certainly not a dull life that's for sure. Rest her.
  8. That has not a thing to do with this topic you realize. It is a valid point. The so called reporting on this about north Korea and the State Department would necessarily have something linked to the State Department. Otherwise, how does the media outlets get the news when claiming the State Department did this and that, if not from the State Department?
  9. The so called "religious expert" in that story includes the Southern Baptist Convention's Russell Moore. He's an extreme left winger. He hates Donald Trump and he should worry about the scandal that surrounds him rather than attempt to shovel hatred toward a Christian President. But those actions show his heart therefore it is good that from time to time the Devil's own shows his face from behind the mask. No wonder this so called expert makes this claim about Christians in this sorry reporting published by the enemy of Trump and the Republican party and one of the major contributors to the opposition of Trump's entire Presidency. And this being reported by Face the Nation on CBS? That's a George Soros puppet network. Soros is aligned with the extreme left and Hillary. MRC This article published by Soros creature is yellow journalism intending to divide a nation. Christians don't fall for this trash.
  10. I can read why. Both you and Shiloh357, who is a member of the staff here apparently because his account shiloh357 is unable to be set to the ignore list, work together to demonstrate the question has merit.
  11. Nothing has changed in his faith. Had he joined Greek Orthodox church he would have said so. Had he been Chrismated he would have said so. He has no idea what Daniella from Tel Aviv is speaking of when she gives the details of the article claiming he's joined the Greek Orthodox church, and that he's been Chrismated. The article because it has been overlooked, was published April 11th.Hank said he joined an Orthodox church over 2 years ago. I'll let those who have the eyes to see and the will to realize what that means. Now, on to the claims below. I'll highlight my replies in red so as to have no confusion as to what is being claimed and what is actually in the articles offered to further the claims against Hank H. I notice you ignore your other argument that he has left the Christian faith and the last part of what he stated to Daniella who called from Tel Aviv and asked Hank directly about the rumors circulating about his leaving the faith. He has not left the faith. He said that. No one has said any different. Contrary to the furtherance of the false claims that persist. Your own links prove you false. Let me help others here to realize. So, there is no question that he has converted and we can dispense with the all of he drama and accusing other posters of giving false witness. There's no question that Hank Hanegraaff being a member of an Orthodox church means that he's converted to Greek Orthodoxy. Hank Hanegraaff was asked specifically if he had been Chrismated. No, he hasn't. How do we know this? Because he had no idea what was being talked about when Daniella of Tel Aviv called his show on April 11th and asked him if he'd been Chrismated the day before. If he had been it would be obscene to go through all that is required to convert and then say he has no idea what that woman was speaking of. She even asked Hank if he had converted at the church the Pulpit and Pen article named. And Hank Hanegraaff had no idea what she was talking about there either. Had he been through this Chrismation just the day before, on Palm Sunday, that would be a little odd to have no idea what she's talking about when he was there. Hank on that April 11th show referred to Watchman Nee as his inspiration to grow deeper in his faith. Watchman Nee was a Chinese Christian Fundamentalist! Who was Martyred in a labor camp . Sent there to die when he was very old by the intolerant Communist Atheist government of China because Watchman spread the Gospel in China. Hank Hanegraaff reaffirmed his commitment to the Christian faith in that April 11th show, the mere Christianity, spoken of in a book by C.S. Lewis. Here's a helpful reminder to the Christians here who respect Hank Hanegraaff and do not attempt to second guess God and whom he calls to his bosom. Something I've noticed in researching your posts is a labor you attempt to do repeatedly on this forum. Call people in the public eyes faith into scrutiny while claiming they are not Christian. C.S. Lewis was not Greek Orthodox! Not even a little bit. Hank Hanegraaff stating repeatedly from April 11th until yesterday, that he affirms Mere Christianity, renounces the claim he has converted to Greek Orthodoxy. One can be a member of a church and not convert to the faith that church represents. Some people even believe attending a church makes them a member. Hank Hanegraaff was not Chrismated. Therefore any published article that claims he was is lying.
  12. I thank all Christians who read the truth about Hank Hanegraaff remaining in the faith of our precious Lord for their contributions. I've asked this thread be closed as it has had the question in the subject line answered on both fronts. And that is as Father wills. Pray for those aligned against the truth of God in Christ and a dedicated and beloved follower of Christ, Hank Hanegraaff. Pray for the church that is suffering soft persecution at every level even weapons of verbal assault, as well as violation of religious rights and freedoms in the secular realm where the first amendment is relegated to privilege when it comes to people of God. And pray for those suffering the hard persecution. Like the Christian Orthodox in Egypt who were blown to bits in the sanctuary of our Father on of all days, Palm Sunday. By an enemy that follows the spirit of division, hatred, and curses the truth of God at any opportunity, thinking if they can kill all Christians in Egypt, the ISIS ideal of god shall reign unopposed. That kind of slaughter begins with the whispers against freedom of religion. That kind of evil aligns against Christians. Again, thank the Christians here who obey the scriptures. Every sin, every evil, is a lesson to those who are truly in Christ to realize why the armor of God is vital. Because there is an evil in this world wherein it reigns as lord intent on attacking us wherever it may find us. To GOD be the glory forever and ever. A blessed Good Friday to all that are truly in Christ . Amen.
  13. It will happen. It is God's will. Why do you think the agents of God's adversary are aligned against the saints? Those most public and who lead people to find Christ and have in some cases for over 3 decades?
  14. It's unfortunate you need him to say expressly that. And yet you'll be led by a rumor mongering agenda to defame a man of God after he has repeatedly confessed the same creed as what sustains this forum . It doesn't matter how often the false rumor is repeated. It remains false for eternity. Forgiveness -- By Matthew West It’s the hardest thing to give away And the last thing on your mind today It always goes to those that don’t deserve It’s the opposite of how you feel When the pain they caused is just too real It takes everything you have just to say the word… Forgiveness Forgiveness It flies in the face of all your pride It moves away the mad inside It’s always anger’s own worst enemy Even when the jury and the judge Say you gotta right to hold a grudge It’s the whisper in your ear saying ‘Set It Free’ Forgiveness, Forgiveness Forgiveness, Forgiveness Show me how to love the unlovable Show me how to reach the unreachable Help me now to do the impossible Forgiveness, Forgiveness Help me now to do the impossible Forgiveness It’ll clear the bitterness away It can even set a prisoner free There is no end to what it’s power can do So, let it go and be amazed By what you see through eyes of grace The prisoner that it really frees is you Forgiveness, Forgiveness Forgiveness, Forgiveness Show me how to love the unlovable Show me how to reach the unreachable Help me now to do the impossible Forgiveness I want to finally set it free So show me how to see what Your mercy sees Help me now to give what You gave to me Forgiveness, Forgiveness
  15. No, he has not. Are you unable to read his own testimony here? And ignore the leadings of false witness against him ? That which published on a false preaching website elsewhere on the Net and through the leadings of the enemy of the church , as Hank H. referred to and has been found on the Net by family and friends, continually insists the author, who has never met the man. Nor listened to his testimony , which has been extant for 30 years without waiver, as Hank has testified these last four days culminating in yesterday's transcript in the OP? Those false authors on the Net violate the scriptures of our beloved Father in the process of their slander and defamation of a Christian brother still. And ignore, and hope to lead you in their evil, to do the same. It is a liar of the viperous tongue that has ever worked to destroy that which God the Father intends for his church. From the beginning. When the lord of this world whispered lies to Eve, until now when they openly publish on their own websites the latest attack against a brother in Christ. When we believe the viper over the man in Christ's hand, we are betrayed in our consciousness of the difference. Just as Eve was in the garden. When a man of God who has preached and held to mere Christianity for over 30 years testifies repeatedly of his faith in Christ, revoking the evil that aligns against him in their slander and defamation of his true heart, hoping an ear will perk and believe them instead of a brother, God the Father tells us we should discern the spirit that compels that heart to act in such a way. And realize its source that would call a man of God other. When the man of God is in the grace of the Father. This website is promoted as a ministry. I do not imagine the man of God George intends this forum to be a separate representation of that. Pray for those who bear false witness with the intention of leading the saints astray. For they too are known by our Father.

  17. Hey ISIS? This isn't your Muslim brother President baby! BOOM! Yeah, we don't make serious threats. We show you we are a serious threat. All that was needed after that bomb was a 55 gallon drum of pigs blood dropped in the crater for effect. Quash the martyrdom ideology with the defilement of halal. Enjoy Hell! That would be the message to those in ISIS who hear about their comrades. We blow you to pieces, then we use your own superstitions as the next level of weapon against the martyrdom that compels and inspires suicide psychotics in service to Islam. Dear God, Thank you for pigs.
  18. I would submit that not all Christians focus on sin. While Christianity is a means by which the sinner overcomes their fallen nature and achieves rebirth and renewal through the grace of God. And faith in His only Son Jesus. Sin is a factor in Christianity because it is that which if not overcome results in an eternity separated from Father God. That being said, there are many born again Christians like myself. Who focus on God, Jesus, and follow where the Father's indwelling Holy Spirit leads. Enjoying life to the fullest while in the righteous hand of our Lord and Savior, this world beset on all sides by the enemy of our Father, Satan, is easier to travel knowing in the end light conquers evil. And God and his people shall prevail. All of that security in the eternal promise of our Father cannot begin until we die to the world's spirit that is sin, wrong doing, acting contrary to what is right and righteous. And because Jesus came to deliver us from sin that is why Christianity addresses that which first separates us from God. Once we are reborn in the spirit of truth through our faith and God's grace, we can live as the newly arisen righteous children of the most high God. Living in the assurance of eternal salvation, eternal life, and as we attune to the guidance of God's Holy Spirit sealed within us we walk in this world as the example in our behavior of what Jesus was called to do. Save us from that which would let us satisfy the flesh, the carnal, the hedonistic spirit that perfumes this world with temptations away from the righteous path. Ours is a relationship with God. We're family. Welcome to the forum. May our Father's grace light the path and may his blessings be ever present in the lives of his saints. Amen.
  19. It's Holy Week. Soon it shall be Easter. And as many know there has of late been a concentrated effort to defame the faith of one of the most staunch defenders of the Christian faith in media. Hank Hanegraaff, known world wide as, "The Bible Answer Man", and president of the Christian Research Institute. An article posing all manner of speculation asking if Hank Hanegraaff has left the Christian faith appeared on the Net the day after Palm Sunday. And since then it has gleaned great attention due to Mr.Hanegraaff's public persona as a man who's ministry has delivered the good news for over 30 years. Having assumed the presidency from the CRI founder, Walter Martin. Who started CRI in 1960. Even Hank Hanegraaff's relationship with Walter Martin has been assailed. As has his faith when opponents , the jealous in my opinion, have attacked Hank for over 30 years with all manner of weapons in the form of false claims, slander, and defamation. The latest however arrives at an all time low. Because the claim that Hank Hanegraaff left the faith has come to his attention, as well as his staff at CRI. And now his friends are concerned with the amount of gossip on the Net. As is his family. I tuned into Hank's broadcast that is available here at WCF on The Truth Network link on our homepage. His show, The Bible Answer Man, begins at 6 P.M U.S. EST= Eastern Standard Time. Below is that opening address to that which persists as false witness against Hank and his leaving the faith. It is posted here in hopes that bots and spiders that roam and capture words for search engines will find this article, gleaned from Hanks CRI homepage, so as to assist in answering back his detractors. Sadly among them are those who claim the name of Christ. And that causes its own curiosity. When did the Christian lose their grace and violate the scriptures concerning false witness? When did the Christian become one with the world of gossip, slander, and defamation? Going so far as to publish an article that makes claims, has no facts, and yet proceeds to ask and then accuse at the same time, did Hank Hanegraaff leave the Christian faith? And why and especially during Holy Week would any Christian hope to smear the good name of a man dedicated to God and Christ? When that man for these last four days of Holy Week has publicly on his broadcast addressed this defamation and slander against his dedication to his Lord. The detractors persisting. Insisting, he is a liar. He has left the faith. He is not Christian. Below is the article Hank posted at CRI today. I hope the Christians here receive this thread as intended. To defend a brother in Christ against the slings and arrows of the enemy. If the slander persists after the man targeted testifies to his commitment to Christ, the faith that should then come into question is not that of the dedicated Christian man Hank Hanegraaff. To God be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. Matthew 12:36 I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, Have I “Left the Christian Faith”? April 13, 2017 | By: Hank Hanegraaff Through Christian Research Institute staff and friends, I’ve become aware of chatter on the Internet—the gist of which is that I’ve walked away from the Christian faith. Amid Holy Week I pray that those forwarding this notion may have an ever-deeper encounter with our crucified and resurrected Lord. May they and their loved ones be blessed and their faith strengthened. If I have caused any to stumble, I humbly ask forgiveness. My purpose in this post is not so much to respond but to reassure. As I have never been more in love with my wife and family, so, too, I have never been more in love with the Lord Jesus and His body the church. As such, I confess my faith in the deity of Jesus Christ — “the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages; Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten not created, of one essence with the Father, through whom all things were made.” I affirm the doctrine of original sin — “sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned” (Romans 5:12). I am deeply committed to “the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth” (1 Timothy 3:15) and to the Holy Scriptures, the only infallible repository of redemptive revelation (2 Timothy 3:15–16). I love the Holy Trinity — one God revealed in three Persons eternally distinct. And am deeply grateful that the true and living God invites us to participate in the loving relationships that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have enjoyed throughout eternity. I hold to the glorious reality that Jesus “rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.” I am grateful to the Lord Jesus “who for us and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man.” I thank God daily that I am a new creation in Christ. For by grace I have been saved through faith, and that not of myself; it is the gift of God, not of works lest I should boast. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” (see Ephesians 2:8–10). “I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age to come.” While there are many secondary issues genuine believers will continue to debate this side of eternity, I have and will always champion what C.S. Lewis called mere Christianity. “In essentials unity, non-essentials liberty, and in all things charity.” Hank Hanegraaff Holy Week 2017 - FYODOR DOSTOYEVSKY
