Right. Really getting worked up over politics as a Christian is probably subjecting yourself to unnecessary stress. The election has been driving me crazy, but in the end whoever the winner is was who God wanted to win. Probably just sitting this election out. Neither party fully captures what it is to be a Christian to begin with imo. Politics is a worldly concern after all.

You can only think that if you willingly ignore the evidence that indicates otherwise.

If you can't find a mean spirit or lies from Trump, respectfully, you are not looking very hard. Just because a liberal reports something doesn't make it a lie. You can easily find videos of Trump that show how immature and mean he really is.

I'd have to so some research on that to be honest. But cutting funding even if he did so is not ending it. I think republicans just pay lip service to Christians and make a bunch of largely symoblic gestures. Now keep in mind I am not what I'd consider a "liberal" Christian. Also, interesting fact if you want to look it up, during Roe V Wade it was a republican stacked supreme court that made abortion legal. Also believers tend to bring up the "all leaders are chosen by God" (paraphrasing) passage from the Bible. If you believe that logically dems have a place in God's plan too, not just republicans.

If republican candidates were sincere about hating abortion, I'd imagine it'd be their biggest issue. Oddly though abortion remains untouched even when they hold power. Strange that. I think they mostly let it stand to hold the Christian vote hostage. That'd be my best guess.

As others have said we should pray for him regardless of our personal feelings of him. Will do so tonight. Found some sources saying he is worse off than his group claims.

For me this is a very complicated subject because me turning to Christ came during a mental breakdown. I am diagnosed as bipolar with psychotic features and OCD (most likely if the scrupelosity sort google if you wish). My friends prayed with me in a circle and I felt the Holy Spirit enter me. Felt like fire lol. My second "breakdown" led me to the name I carry on this site now, as the story of it resonates with me. My main struggle is how can I tell mental illness from actual divine revelations. Still, I am assuming what happened those two times happened to bring me closer to God. I believe he is calling me to music.

I have a feeling things aren't going to go well. My main concern is, Trump wins, riots get worse, and he cracks down TOO hard. I don't like either party honestly. I just hope whoever wins they respond appropriately. Shame we don't have more options.

Trump has ties to Epstein, joked about sexually assaulting women, used the Bible as a pandering prop, is very impulsive and loose in language, has cheated on his wives etc etc. You seem to be awfully blind to Trump's flaws. Your first duty is to God. Then your neighbor. I have no idea why Trump supporters are so gung ho about him. He is the least godly president we have ever had. Anywho, like I said I'll pray for him all the same as the Bible says to do with our leaders.

So I can't tell you for a fact Donald is who I think he is. Just pray on it and so will I. I know the peace deal is somewhere in the book of Daniel though.

Pretty sure if I recall correctly the man that brings peace in the middle east is the Antichrist. Trying to find some scripture on this. Have a pic from a site but it won't load. Also, remember the antichrist is a false prophet. So I'd be careful being super pro Trump. I don't trust the man one bit. EDIT: Still only finding articles about it. He acts like an impulsive child and is loose with his words. He is not a victim. Imo he gets all the criticism he deserves.

His God is money/power. He is not a godly man. Anywho main thing is to read the peace deal and draw your own conclusions.
